Great location, but flat could be better

The location in Marylebone was fantastic and the flat is huge. We were close to everything and walked everywhere. The flat lacked a bit of something - the furniture needs updating, no DVD machine, no games,... It's managed through a property management office and it lacks some home comforts. It was very clean.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your invaluable comments. We do put emphasis on hygiene with all the apartments we have included in our portfolio. As there are other apartments in the building and the location is very popular, we are replacing some outdated furniture slowly.(when there are no guests staying). Yes, we do not offer DVD machines or games. ( We do not show them as facilities in our description). London is world famous for its huge variety of restaurants, covering each nationality and culture. London is full of beautiful gardens to enjoy. Thames is a great place to spend a day, from the London Eye, to the theatre, to galleries, it has something for everyone. There are London markets, Pubs to enjoy local experience and of course shopping on Oxford Street. From pockets of luxury, to multi-cultural areas, London is as diverse as it gets. We would like our guests to go about and enjoy many things that London can offer. Regards Frank
