Great flat, great location!

5 American ladies went for the royal wedding! Our flat was perfect.. Great location, easy walk to the tube, stores and resturants near by.. Especially enjoyed the Oak & Pastor pub a few blocks away. The flat was clean, comply and had all that we needed. Nice, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our "home away from home" and had a lovely week. Thanks Carolyn

We had a delightful stay at this property.

The property is cozy, clean and nicely appointed. Our hostess, Carolyn was readily available by phone for questions we had. The location is in an excellent location, a diverse neighborhood with a plethora of shops and restaurants, easy access to the Archway tube station and buses to get to wherever one might be interested in London or train stations for excursions in a matter of minutes. Most welcome was a Sainbury grocery store 1/2 block from the flat. We like the ability to set up housekeeping with home-cooked meals even though we are away from home. After a long journey we were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit, a loaf of great bread on the dining table, eggs and milk in the fridge--a lovely, homey touch that made us feel welcome. We would indeed recommend this property to friends and relatives. - SH from Lawrence, Kansas

Nicely appointed, clean accommodations that perfectly met our needs.

We had a delightful stay at this property. Carolyn was very accessible, hospitable and helpful for questions. We were greeted by a lovely bowl of fruit, bread, eggs and milk upon arrival. The property is in a nicely diverse neighborhood with access to practical shops, groceries and restaurants within walking distance. Having a daughter who lives within a short walking distance, we would like to make this an annual stay.

As advertised. It looked just like the pictures.

Our party of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the area to be safe and convenient, and the flat to be clean and quiet. We were there over a week and never had any issue whatsoever. The flat felt like a bit of home after sightseeing daily. This flat isn't in the center of all the tourist attractions, but they are easily accessible due to the close proximity of the Archway tube stop. We wanted a more authentic London experience and felt we got that with this flat. The grocery store- the Sainsbury- is between the tube stop and the flat so that is ideal. There is also a pub, a few restaraunts and even a Starbucks and a McDonald's If you happen to need them for your teen like we did.

Super accommodation, perfect location

Stayed here with my wife and three kids. Situated just a few minutes walk from the tube with lots of supermarkets and restaurats nearby. Was a perfect Base for exploring London. The house was exceptionally clean and had lots of everyday supplies and equipment. It was perfect for our kids, very safe, lots of children's toys and a safe garden to explore. Carolyn was an excellent host and responded promptly to any queries. Would highly recomend this property

A light, bright and comfortable house

We really enjoyed staying at the house. The welcome pack was delicious and everything was clear and easy to use. The street was very quiet and very close to different transport links.

PARKING

Parking in London, like in all cities, can be a nightmare. However, we are lucky! There is plenty of parking available right outside our house both Metered and via Permits. There is also some free parking along nearby residential streets.

£5 per day - Pay direct upon arrival (post the money in an envelop through their office door with your car and contact details if a Priest or admin office is not available)

Permission to Park Permits can be purchased very simply on line, direct from London Borough of Islington Council. This is ideal for our staying guests as well as contractors.

BOOKING SECURITY
To protect all parties against fraud we require Photo ID (eg copy of Passport, or Driving Licence) for each guest, together with a copy of the Payment Card you have used to make your booking. Only the last 5 numbers of the long number on your card need to be visible.

SECURITY/DAMAGES DEPOSIT
(FULLY REFUNDABLE AT THE END OF YOUR STAY)
The Security Deposit of £300 is required together with your personal documents to secure your booking. This Deposit may be used to cover any banking fees applied to your payments, resulting in nett receipts being less than Invoiced, the reasonable additional cleaning and/or replacement of the property, furnishings, fixtures & fittings. Security Deposits are usually refunded within 14 days after return of keys, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATIONS
Standard Cancellation Service fee is applicable if you cancel after confirming your booking and up to 60 days, before your stay. This may be equivalent to 30% of the agreed rent for the period, or £150; whichever is greater.

  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
