Pleasant spot to stay

It is not every day you will find an apartment with a nice garden. It is a small and nice apartment; room enough for two and even for three. Beds are good, kitchen gives you enough space to cook, good bathroom with shower and enough bright light, although it is a basement. The neighbourhood is quiet and no traffic noise will spoil your night rest. Tube is a few minutes walk away and supermarket is close by. Recommended.

A great home away from home!

The apartment has all the comforts required to make it a home away from home. We travelled with our 3 kids and loved the apartment. Conveniently located and with a nice back garden. We would definitely recommend the property and will be using it again on our next visit to London.

Great place and great location!!

We truly enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable for 3 adults and all all the amenities we needed. It was also within walking distance (5 minutes) to the Northern Line tube and the grocery store. The basket of goodies, upon arrival, were also a nice treat. We especially enjoyed the bread and fresh fruit. If we ever return to London, we would stay here again.

Good experience

Liked the location. The apartment was clean, all around a favourable experience.

One complaint, after a long overseas travel, the 99pound baggage drop off fee is excessive.

Owner's Response: I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. For clarification and as explained in all correspondence, we do not have facilities, nor the insurance for left luggage. Kings Cross Station provides this secure service (10 minutes away). The cost from £3. However, you requested access from 7.30am instead of 4pm. This was effectively an extra day and would mean we could not to rent the apartment the Friday night before your arrival. Our Early Check in fee of £99 is an appropriate proportion of this cost.

Perfect Space for 4 of us :)

No complaints here. Instructions about how things worked were more than adequate. Not a huge space, but plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All the necessities for pots/pans/cleaning supplies are provided and the fruit basket / bread / milk / eggs upon arrival was a nice gesture.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the Archway stop on the Northern Underground line - very easy access to get to all of the sightseeing locations towards the city center. Far enough away from the action that you were able to enjoy quiet nights while still having easy access to everything else.

She provided plenty of adapters for chargers, supplies for laundry, and an assortment of movies. There was even a fan that we could use for white noise while sleeping.

Carolyn was very easy to communicate with. No questions, no complaints. Would recommend.

A very comfortable and cozy flat, super near the tube. The cat was very nice. The weather was great. We love the West End. London is a great town.

Parking in London, like in all cities, can be a nightmare. However, we are lucky! There is plenty of parking available right outside our house both Metered and via Permits. There is also some free parking along nearby residential streets.

£5 per day - Pay direct upon arrival (post the money in an envelop through their office door with your car and contact details if a Priest or admin office is not available)
