Parking in London, like in all cities, can be a nightmare. However, we are lucky! There is plenty of parking available right outside our house both Metered and via Permits. There is also some free parking along nearby residential streets.

Convenient and Comfortable!

The was a wonderful house!! So close to the tube which we took every day into town. The kitchen had everything we needed and grocery store is right around the corner. Clean and comfortable! The owner was a pleasure to deal with and always responded to questions quickly. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Location

Recently took a vacation to London, England with my family and nieces. Apartment was conveniently located to all transportation( Buses , Trains & Shopping area). Had a wonderful time as apartment had all the comforts of home.

Great place to stay

Two of us stayed here for an 11 day "girls" holiday. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with easy access to Archway Tube station and buses. Welcome basket with milk, eggs and fruit was a very nice touch. Access to a washer/dryer was a real plus for me having arrived after a 2 week stay in Italy. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Perfect location.Lovely quiet place in the heart of London.

Flat was great. Comfortable with all mod cons required. Exactly as advertised. Carolyn was really helpful all through, and was kind enough not to laugh too much when we tried to get in wrong flat!!!!

Only five minutes walk from tube and buses. Loads of great places to eat out nearby (Pizza and Vegan Chinese on the Holloway rd were lovely).

Extra bonus - Next doors cat was a lovely visitor

1 x little thing - The fruit on arrival was lovely (and we fruit salad for breakfast, however a pint of milk would have been nice (as tea was provided). Not a big issue as Tesco/Sainsbury just up the road.

Will definitely try to use again.

Beautifully presented and well equipped property in prime location

This flat is in an absolutely ideal location just a few minutes' walk from the tube station that will take you into the West End or City within 10 minutes. Trains were plentiful and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Between the flat and the tube station there are 2 small supermarkets and several coffee shops, eateries and pubs. Those we tried were excellent! Despite everything being so close, the street itself is peaceful and quiet and you'd never know you were so close to the city centre.

The flat was spotlessly clean - (kudos to the cleaning crew!) - and had everything we needed although we didn't cook much. Even with 4 adults and the living room sofa bed permanently in use, the flat didn't seem crowded. We loved the fresh fruit and farm eggs that were left and particularly appreciated the fresh baked, gluten free loaf of bread - a lovely touch from Carolyn, who was easy to communicate with and super helpful at all times! Can't recommend this place highly enough and I'll certainly be back!

Wonderful location, perfect sunny home-like flat with all the amenities!

(Apologies for this very late review; after our trip to London in November 2016 we arrived home to much upending of the home life, including a very sick pet. Am now playing catch-up because Carolyn deserves her due.)

This is honestly the best flat I've stayed in in all my visits to London! It's a basement flat with a shared yard, updated and decorated in an attractive and homey way. After a long plane ride from the States and then transport into London, we were grateful to land in such a clean, well-lit, well-stocked flat.

I can't adequately describe what it was like to be greeted with the makings of a meal or two laid out on the table and in the fridge, especially since I'm the main cook and normally would have to drag myself to a store to buy basics after a 30-plus hour day getting to London. Looking at that bread and fruit and other lovely things was like manna from heaven, I swear that the angels were singing! And there's just something about that basket of food, where it gives such a warm welcome, that says the owner cares about her guests and their whole welfare. That is true hospitality!

As you see from the photos, there is a small but well-proportioned kitchen with a large skylight and window, a combination dining/living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry area set between one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. All the basic necessaries are supplied, from dish soap and dishwasher pellets to laundry soap and an iron. In fifteen minutes I was set up in both kitchen and my bedroom, thanks to the storage amenities and layout. It's very easy to get around and work in this flat, including the kitchen. I am semi-disabled but was able to descend the stairs from the pavement down to the flat easily. The flat is single-level, which is welcome. It even comes with a borrowed cat (Cyril) who belongs to the person upstairs. Cyril hangs out in the back yard and likes to visit!

There was one small issue during our stay, when the boiler acted up, but the issue was fixed quickly (and with a lot of humour!). Carolyn was incredibly responsive to the situation, as indeed she was to all of our needs.

From the spotless cleanliness of the flat, to its layout, to its location, it was perfect. It's also very close to a main street, a grocery store and to the Tube. The neighborhood is walkable and I like the diversity all around.

I would definitely stay here again! Many, many thanks to Carolyn, and to all who helped make our stay so wonderful!

SECURITY/DAMAGES DEPOSIT
(£300 IS FULLY REFUNDABLE AT THE END OF YOUR STAY)
The Security Deposit is required together with your personal documents to secure your booking. This Deposit may be used to cover any banking fees applied to your payments, resulting in nett receipts being less than Invoiced, the reasonable additional cleaning and/or replacement of the property, furnishings, fixtures & fittings. Security Deposits are usually refunded within 14 days of the return of keys, less any deductions in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATIONS
Standard Cancellation Service fee is applicable if you cancel after confirming your booking and up to 60 days, before your stay. This may be equivalent to 30% of the agreed rent for the period, or £150; whichever is greater.
