Clean, quiet, comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids, well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Great location with easy bus access to New Town and Old Town. Easy walk to Ocean Terminal shopping centre. We had a wonderful stay.

managed to fit 6 of us well, loved it.

only the tv wouldn't work, but no big deal as we were not in a lot, kids missed it tho lol have already recommended to others

Met Benedetto he was super nice and waited around to hand me the keys even though i was late that evening. He had all the amenities we needed and was perfect. Free parking took that stress out of it too. Id definitely come back! Thank you for the coffee packets too!!!

Great property and owner

We stayed in Edinburgh for three nights. The property was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was really hospitable and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Everything was quite clean and inviting. The location was close to a bus stop so we could go anywhere we wanted or needed the whole time very easily. I would go back to this same place again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great stay.

everything you need and more

The flat is new and fresh, extremely comfortable, everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Benedetto was very helpful and he helped oragnise transport as we toured in and around the city... there is so much to see! It's central and if you like walking there is no need to take a bus. Highly recomend this place if you like comfort and we found out that if you are in a big group he has a place upstairs too!
