Cozy Majorcan house with gardens, terraces, pool in peaceful surroundings

Cozy Majorcan house in a rural setting, very quiet, on a plot of 15. 000m with gardens, terraces, pool, barbecue and beautiful views. The farm is located in the east of the island between the town of Manacor, where he econtrará all services, and the small town of Petra known for its fantastic wines. Although the farm is not too large, offers a great place to enjoy many corners full of charm: in the shade of a tree, relaxing on the terrace, displeased by the pool, walking trails surrounding it, watching the scenery , observing the animals, enjoying a drink or a meal outdoors or simply allowing ourselves for peace in the surroundings the house has a living area of ​​120 m2. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 cm, another with two single beds 90 x 1.90 cm and the third with another bed of 1.35 x 1,80cm. It has a bathroom with shower and a second bathroom outside the house. The kitchen is very cozy and fully equipped with all appliances and the living room are satellite TV and Internet connection. From the living room leads to the terrace with porch equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy delicious parties and cookouts. Right next door is a covered area with barbecue and a "kitchenette" to prepare everything related to the barbecue. A few meters from the house is the pool area with a nice terrace with wooden floors and chairs and hammocks for relaxing and sunbathing. The private pool is 7m x 4m and with a depth of 1'20m to 1'60m Hens house will cater eggs for breakfast. For children to play there is a basketball court

-from the date of booking up to 30 days before the date of entry into the property 10% of the total amount of the stay will be applied

-between 29 and 7 days before arrival date 30% of the total amount of the stay will be applied

- 6 days before arrival, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the stay

-25% Of the total amount at the time the reservation is confirmed

-75% Of the total amount of the booking on arrival at the farm

They will be paid on arrival € 300 as a deposit

Unser Traumurlaub 2016 auf Mallorca

Ein Urlaub so wie man es sich wünscht. Wenn man absolute Ruhe bevorzugt keine lauten Nachbarn oder Straßenlärm braucht, dann ist man bei Pedro super aufgehoben.Pedro und Cati sind die Vermieter und sofort zur Stelle wenn man sie braucht . Der Pool wurde gereinigt und sogar nach einer Woche das Haus gewischt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Das großzügige Landshaus ist komplett ausgestattet und mit liebe dekoriert . Der Pool hat die perfekte Größe. Die Lage ist hervorragend man ist in 30 min in Cala Millor oder Cala Rajada . Vor allem der Strand Es Trenc ist zu empfehlen und auch in ca. 30 min erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Lebensmittel) gibt es in 5 min in Manacor.

Auch nach Palma kein Problem, sind von dem nächsten Ort Petra mit dem Zug nach Palma gefahren ideal ohne Stress. Ich kann das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Ein Urlaub von dem man noch Monate zerren kann.Vielen Dank Pedro und Cati das war nicht unser letzter Besuch.

Estuvimos en la casa desde el 08/08/15 al 15/08/15. Nos recibio Cati, copropietaria, que con su amabilidad y cariño nos hizo sentir desde el primer momento como en casa y se ofrecio para cualquier necesidad que pudiesemos tener. La casa es espectacular, con buenas calidades, aire acondicionado, con piscina, terreno y animales. A cinco minutos de Manacor. Estamos muy agradecidos por el trato y con ganas de volver a la casa.
