The Douro Valley is a lot of hunting paradise and river fish. Its famous local cuisine is a spark of good and varied food: the regional bread, homemade sausages; the kid baked in ancient wood oven is an alternative to trout. Greaves, the corn, the wild rabbit with edible mushroom of meadows, the bazulaque meat and heavenly balls complete the good Douro table.

But all would be incomplete without the traditional desserts. The convent recipes of ancient convents and monasteries, almond sweets, cavacas and the king cake, will delight the palate and fill the look. After the juicy fruit. Ficamos muito contentes com a vivenda que alugamos. Muito limpo, zona calma e com todo conforme o anuncio.

Apesar do pouco tempo que tivemos, adoramos as paisagens que temos da vivenda.
