About this property

Sand Cay resort is open using the industries best practices and guidelines to ensure that all CDC sanitizing guidelines are carried out completely. Moving forward we will use only a EPA-registered product, qualified for use against against SARS-CoV-2, the novel coronavirus that causes COVID-19. This process takes about 45 minutes and we will be charging an additional $50.00 cleaning fee for each stay.
. We are centrally located on beautiful Longboat Key, next to the new Zota hotel with it's great restaurants and bars. The resort has an immaculate white sandy beach, heated pool, shuffleboard, basketball and full tennis court. We have a free laundry room next to the pool, a large barbecue area and an elevator. Our remodeled unit features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room with a 43 inch HDTV, HDTV in each bedroom and a dining room that seats six. We have a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The private balcony has seating for four with views of the garden, pool and Gulf.

Beach Treasure in Longboat Key

Beautiful property inside and out. Well maintained and stocked with everything you need. Staff was lovely and made us feel right at home. Balcony with a view and property sits on the beach.

Great Condo in LBK

Wish we could've spent more time onsite to explore pool/beach but we used as more of a home base to meet with friends at another location. Comfortable beds and kitchen well stocked. Favorite was sitting out on the patio for breakfast!

Peace and quiet

Place is as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Well equipped. Easy access to beach. Unit is on 3rd floor with convenient elevator. Friendly - older age group guests. Very quiet.
