Very bright & big 4 bedrooms appartment with WIFI close to ski slopes and shops

LARGE APPARTMENT WITH 4 BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHROOMS - CLOSE TO SKI SLOPES AND SHOPS BUT STILL QUIET. VERY NICE VIEW

Located in front of the ski garden for the kids and ESF meeting point, the apartment is close to ski slopes and lifts. Shops are all around and you can find a ski rental shop just downstairs the appartment. The apartment is in a very small residence with only 7 apartments. This is the biggest one among the others and is located on the second and last floor.

The apartment is quite big (968ft2 0r 90m2), very quiet with a maximum height of 38 ft2 for the living room. The apartment has a very good isolation, you will not be cold.

There are three bedrooms : one with bunk bed and trundle bed (3 sleeps), two comfortable room with a king size bed and wardrobe (a baby bed is also at your disposal if you need one to be in this room as well), another bedroom is under the roof with king size bed and TV. All the rooms are equiped with brand new high quality bedding.

There are two bathrooms; one is with shower and toilets and the other one is with bath and toilets. Heater is fixed on the wall for your comfort. A utility room is next to the bathroom with a washing machine (including dryer).

The open kitchen is entirely well equiped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing dishes machine, coffee machine, and so on. The living room is quite big with high windows (with mountain and ski slopes view). All the windows are equipped with high quality curtains to keep the apartment warm and in the dark during the night. There is also a TV in the living room. The couch is for 6 persons and you also have at your disposal some very comfortable chairs.

There is internet with a WIFI access. Pets are not allowed.

If you drive a car, there is also a parking just under the appartment and in front. It should not be a problem to park it. You will not need a car for your stay normally as you can do everything by walk. If you need, there is a bus station just in front of the apartment as well.

The view in this apartment is very beautiful as the windows are big offering you a very nice view of the mountain. You will definitely enjoy it.

The apartment is very comfortable and very suitable for families. You won't be disappointed.

Cosy, comfortable and great proximity to the pistes

We had a great stay here. On the main road, it is central to the piste and close to good bars and restaurants. It is approx 150meters from the actual centre of the resort which was great for us as it was quieter.

The apartment is roomy and we’ll equipt, with 2 good bathrooms. You would only want older children sleeping in the mezzanine due to head-height and the tight circular stairs .

There were a couple of individual cleanliness things we have mentioned to Fanny and I’m sure she has taken on board

Appartement bien situé et très grand!

l'appartement est bien situé au niveau de la station! les commerces sont à proximités et tout les déplacements peuvent se faire à pied! le matin le pied des pistes est à environ 150m via le télésiège belle étoile et le retour par neige se fait à environ 40m de l'appartement! l'appartement est grand et agréable à vivre, il n'y a pas de casier à skis mais on peut facilement loger 8 paires de skis dans l'entrée pour éviter de laisser le matériels dehors! :la cuisine est top, la literie confortable! très bonne location

magnifique appartement mais accueil très succinct

L'appartement est vraiment magnifique et très bien situé. La cuisine est très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables, les salles de bain neuves, la pièce à vivre est belle lumineuse et conviviale, la décoration est soignée.

Cependant la personne sur place qui délivre les clefs n'est ni ponctuelle ni disponible, elle semble vraiment débordée. Il manque un livret d'accueil qui donne des indications sur la location.

A notre arrivée nous avons recherché le code wifi après plusieurs tentatives nous avons joint la personne qui nous avait laissé les clefs, elle nous a indiqué une étiquette sous la box qui est demeurée introuvable. La propriétaire nous a envoyé le code le lendemain, malheureusement la box est restée dysfonctionnelle durant la semaine.

Nous avons également cherché le casier à ski, en fait il n'y a pas de casier à ski. Les skis doivent être laissés dans l'entrée de l'appartement où il n'y a qu'un porte-manteau, au delà de 5 paires de ski la circulation devient vraiment difficile dans l'entrée.

Bref un livret d'accueil, quelques étagères dans l'entrée et ce serait une location exceptionnelle!

Appartement très confortable et bien situé.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux.

Bien différent de location saisonnière ou chaque mètre carré est archi-optimisé.. Ici, un peu comme à la maison, chacun avait son espace.

Sa proximité avec le centre de la station et le rassemblement ESF de Champamé est un véritable plus.

Nous y retournerons bien volontier.
