The duplex is located in the suburb of Majada Marcial in Puerto del Rosario close to the ring road and the bus station and 6 kms from Fuerteventura Fuerteventura Airport. It is a very quiet residential environment and offers in your environment Playground and recreation area. A 3 kms is Playa Blanca, a beautiful beach with sand dunes and only 30 minutes walk. Playa Chica is also an urban beach of golden sand with solarium 1.5 kms. We offer the shuttle service airport-duplex and bike rental

It is ideal for 6 people and is quiet and cozy for a good holiday. Its position in the middle of the island is a good way to explore the North and South and you can find more affordable prices in the room and buying food and gifts.

It has 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom with 1 king size bed 1,80x1,90, double bedroom with two queen beds 135x1,80, living room with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, 1 bathroom, Patio, Terrace and laundry. It has a TV 32 '' LED and WIFI and TV INTERNATIONAL CHANNELS. Linens, bath towels, beach towels and kitchen utensils are provided. It has loungers on the terrace to enjoy our privileged climate and to get away from stress.

In summer the sun reaches ground floor and the entire patio. In winter the sun reaches the first floor terrace.

It is a good option if you come to know the island as it is in the capital where prices of stay, food, drink and memories and souvenirs are much cheaper than in tourist areas. It is in the middle dela island which you can move comfortably to the North and South.

Well maintained house but on a VERY busy main road - so always noisy!

The overview says: "It is a very quiet residential environment".

The property is on a busy main road which is noisy day and night. Traffic can be heard through ear plugs when sleeping and above the TV on full volume.

I would not have booked if the overview had not given this assurance!

Brilliant holiday

My daughter & I have just arrived back from this property (this morning.) We had a brilliant holiday here. Everything was as listed & more. On arrival, there was a bottle of water in the fridge, along with 2 cans of lager & some chocolates, as well as a large bag of ice-cubes in the freezer compartment. - thoughtfully provided. In the cupboards were 3 or 4 boxes of various teas, sugar, salt, pepper, 4 bottles of different oils for cooking, coffee & plenty of crockery. There were numerous items for washing up, including washing-up liquid & cloths. Also enough tea towels to last a fortnight without washing any. The other rooms were all as described. The beds are huge. In the bathroom, there were hand soap (liquid) , shower gel & even cotton pads for removing make-up! Very thoughtful.

Rafael came to give us the keys & went on to give us a detailed review of the island & where the best places to visit were. Very friendly & polite.

I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives but would point out to them that they would need a car to get around, as there are no large supermarkets or restaurants very close. Saying that, it's not very far from the airport (9km) & the nearest large supermarket is only 5 minutes away by car. There are smaller ones nearby.

The only points against this property would be that a) there is no pool, so if you wanted to swim you would have to go to the nearest beach, about 5-10 minutes by car b) it is in a very quiet area, with little do to - but if that is what you want, then it's fantastic.

I would definitely considering going there again.
