The impressive sunny & bright Living /Dining room measures approx 18 x 16 ft . and has dining table to seat 8-10 people. There are three new leather effect sofa beds ( to sleep 3 adults comfortably or 2 small adults or children at a squeeze) 32" flatscreen TV and 4G EE mi-fi router to logon to for internet access.
MASTER BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE SLEEPS 4 TWIN OR DOUBLE BED AND SOFA BED.
The master Quad bedroom (sleeps 4) with double 'zip and link' bed which can be set as 2 singles or kingsize double bed, if you prefer, (please state your preference at the time of booking) There is also a double sofa bed in this bedroom. This bedroom is located to the rear of the building and has its own en-suite shower room with single shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Off the hallway, this family bathroom has white fixtures & fittings: bath with shower over, WC and wash basin, & neutral wall tiles.
KITCHEN BREAKFAST ROOM
There is a further door off the hallway to the kitchen/ breakfast room with wood units, and black worktops. The kitchen window over looks the good sized walled garden. Equipped with Hob/Oven/Washing machine, slimline dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and fully equipped for your self catering needs. Small Table & 2 chairs for that early morning coffee.
BEDROOM TWO: TWIN OR DOUBLE Sleeps 2
The small bright & sunny second bedroom is located off the inner lobby & accessed via the kitchen, a lovely small but bright double room with Kingsize double 'zip and link' bed which can be set as a double or as twins. (Please state your preference.
The inner lobby leads to a flight of steps (there is a grab hand rail) leading down to the patio & surprisingly large garden, ideal for lazy summer afternoons and relaxation, for an al fresco evening or daytime meal. PLEASE NOTE SMALL CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES IN THE GARDEN as there is a drop from the garden to a walkway below.
The apartment has a very rare off road car parking space charged at £10 a day in High Season (April to Sept) £5 a day in Mid Season (March & October) and included in the price in low season.

It is quite a walk from the center of Brighton but we appreciated doing the walk either on the sea front or in the main street with all the shops.
I would recommend this flat for nice calm and relaxing time !

Brighton and Hove
Hove is the best kept secret of Brighton, Hove seafront is a great place to escape to, away from the hustle and bustle of Brighton but near enough to catch the vibes. Just being by the sea is great and made all the prettier by the Hove beach huts in their array of colours. It doesn't feel like a tourist area, but has a laid-back atmosphere.
The promenade attracts roller-bladers, baby buggies and dog walkers. There are football games , family picnics on the grassy areas, and an area for playing boules or just generally chilling out.
Because of all this activity, its great to stop at the open-air cafe's and watch the world go by or look out to sea or admire the old regency buildings along the seafront.
