Enter the stables doors to find a good sized kitchen with a duel fuel range cooker and an American style fridge freezer, plus dishwasher, microwave,pantry items and ample cupboard space. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and all the usual items such as iron and ironing board/clothes dryer.
A lofty, open-plan breakfast room has a solid beech table with dining for ten! Enjoy the garden birds through a huge patio door that floods the light in and whe open,makes this room feel part of the lush garden. The sitting room boasts three comfortable sofas topped with cushions, pine floors and a warning open fire with logs. The curved window with seating is amazing with views over the countryside. Plus TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The blue room has a double bed and one single bed too. With windows to two aspects, this is a light filled and airy room with an en-suite shower room and WC. The opposite side of the house has another room with the same set up, but with an en-suite room with bath and shower overWC. Twist up the spiral stairs and look through the window that catches the sea. The stairs leads to a spacious landing/play room with TV and DVD player and single futon for a reading spot or for a further sleeping option. Children love this den!
The high ceilings make the space airy and there are two further bedrooms off the landing either side, both with en-suite shower rooms with sea and country side views.
Outside in your own garden the children can romp to their hearts' content, while you sit back and revel with the birds and celebrate the sunsets and rolling views. There is even a little owl to hoot you to sleep.

Explore the rock pools at from a choice of six popular beaches all within a four mile radius, each is different. A short walk for a mile and a half through a wealth of coves along the Coastal Path takes you to a fish restaurant called The Lobster Pot in Church bay, or just pop in for a cream scone at the Wavecrest cafe. The surrounding area is a haven for nature lovers providing fantastic walks, course and sea fishing, riding and sailing opportunities. Borthwen is one of the quietest beaches on Anglesey with large sandy expanses. The footpath from Glan Gors Felin takes you about a mile and a half across the fields to Borthwen.The local village is one and a half miles away with a shop for groceries and a great new pub called The Black Lion with wood burning stove and local food. Dogs are also welcome.
Only ten miles away is the port town of Holyhead, not just offering the convenience of supermarkets such as Tesco and Morrison’s, but also links to Ireland. There is also a 24hr Spar in Valley around 6 miles away. The A55 expressway is joined at Valley about 10 minutes away giving easy access to explore the beauty of the Isle of Anglesey.
Finally as the house is close to the privately owned Carreglwyd Country Estate with beautiful woodland walks which can be made available to all guests on request.
