Fantastic and quiet apartment with grades 1st situated in the area of ​​Pedregalejo in Vistamar urbanization, one of the best areas of Malaga just 10 minutes from the historic city center, 400m from the most prestigious Spanish schools in Malaga and 3 minutes from the beach and the fishing district. (Ideal for families of two to four members or elderly people who do not want to climb stairs)

It has a terrace of 14m glazed (sliding windows LUMON), allowing enjoyed in all seasons, with magnificent sea views from the terrace itself, 3 magnificent pools of salt (do not need chlorine) open all year, playground, large communal gardens, Internet access, independent air conditioning, stove, plasma TV, dishwasher, armored doors, wooden floor ..... etc.

The apartment decorated with style, is located on the ground floor with direct access to communal garden and parking area within the complex just 5 meters from the front door of the house (do not have to walk up or down stairs).

You can enjoy free 3 pools: an Olympic, one of 25 meters and children's use the changing rooms and showers on the beach of El Padlock, exclusive to club members. Practicing tennis paddle and free weekday morning (13:00) and weekends (from 14:00). Free use of gym club (see photos) and rental kayack in the same marina for just 3 €

2) At any time you can use gated complex in Marbella with parking, lawn, pools, showers and hammocks on prime beachfront in the best beach in Marbella at hotel Don Carlos and beach club Nikki Beach (See photos beach Marbella Pool and urbanization)

If traveling with a baby we will provide at no cost to you, crib, high chair and changing table with bath for your baby.

nice appartement in good location

Gut gelegenes, perfekt ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Appartement. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Nette kleine Anlage mit 2 privaten Pools. Gut gelegen, ca. 10 Min zu Fuß zum Strand oder zur Bushaltestelle um ins Zentrum zu kommen. Einziger kleiner Abstrich ist dass das zweite Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat.

Fantastic Holiday

Fantastic holidays! The apartment is as reported on the page of Spain Holiday, Fantastic pools 50m from the apartment perfect for children and adults, also has a great garden, located in a quiet area with any noises, a perfect neighborhood well communicated called Pedregalejo, near beach city center (we were by bus without easily). There was a dishwasher and dryer, it was very fully equipped, really well decorated as well. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was extremly clean! it´s highly recommended place to have quiet holidays, where our children have enjoyed a lot.

Owner's Response: Buenas tardes Farida Efectivamente la primera parte de su correo es cierta ,ustedes no me dieron otra opción que cancelar su reserva ( Por favor revise de nuevo los mas de 10 correos que la remití ) La cuestión es que usted no explica porque cancele su reserva y teniendo en cuenta que remite esta opinión con la única idea de fastidiar ( Usted en ningún momento ha estado en mi apartamento ni tampoco lo conoce ) me veo en la obligación de recordarla que mi apartamento según se indica claramente en la página de homeaway esta preparado para un máximo de 5 personas ( máximo 4 adultos + 1 niño ) . La cuestión es que ustedes después de 7 meses me mandan un email diciendo que en vez de 5 personas ustedes van a ser 6 personas y que no hay problema ya que su hija puede dormir perfectamente 14 noches en el sofá del apartamento. Disculpeme pero esto no es serio y dado que usted no ha respetado las normas de mi casa y no ha sido clara desde un principio estoy en pleno derecho y razón de cancelar su reserva. He alquilado mi apartamento a mas de 130 familias y es la primera vez que me veo obligado a cancelar la reserva de un huesped. Usted sabe de sobra que si hubiera actuado de otra manera esto no habría ocurrido. Bonjour Farida En effet, la première partie de votre courrier est vrai, vous me avez donné pas d'autre choix que d'annuler votre réservation (S'il vous plaît vérifier de plus de 10 e-mails qui ont transmis) Le point est que vous n'expliquez pas parce que je trouvais cela, et compte tenu qui se réfère cette opinion avec l'idée unique de teasing ( Vous n'a jamais été dans mon appartement, ni connu) je me sens obligé de lui rappeler que mon appartement comme clairement indiqué sur la page Abritel est préparée pour accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes (max 4 adultes + 1 enfant). Le point est que, après 7 mois, vous envoyez moi un e-mail en disant qu'au lieu de 5 personnes, vous allez être 6 personnes et il n'y a pas de problème parce que sa fille peut parfaitement dormir 14 nuits sur le canapé de l'appartement. Excusez-moi, mais ce n'est pas grave et parce que vous ne l'avez pas suivi les règles de ma maison et n'a pas été clair dès le début que je suis dans le droit et la raison d'annuler votre réservation. Je loue mon appartement à plus de 130 familles et est la première fois que je suis obligé d'annuler la réservation d'un invité. Vous savez très bien que s'il avait agi autrement ce ne serait pas arrivé.

Appartement très bien situé

Si vous cherchez un coin tranquille mais quand même en ville, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Une residence récente à flanc de coteau, d'un très bon standing avec 3 piscines, la plage à 10' à pied (attention à la remontée), dans un environnement arboré et calme. A 15-20' du centre ville de Malaga en voiture, 1h30 de Cordoue ou Grenade, 2h de Séville. L'appartement est confortable, bien agencé pour une petite famille et très propre. Enfin Juan le propriétaire vous reçoit avec le sourire et beaucoup d'attention, soucieux que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible.

Ottima scelta davvero,bello il posto e molto accoglienti e premurosi i proprietari. L'appartamento è veramente come nelle foto,noi avevamo l'auto ma il bus passava vicino a casa. Delle tre piscine a disposizione due sono incantevoli e accessibili fino alle 23.

I proprietari ci hanno fornito indicazioni utili per la vacanza e accompagnati personalmente a vedere il club il cui accesso è a disposizione di chi affitta. Consigliatissimo!!!
