Fantastic and quiet apartment with grades 1st situated in the area of ​​Pedregalejo in Vistamar urbanization, one of the best areas of Malaga just 10 minutes from the historic city center, 400m from the most prestigious Spanish schools in Malaga and 3 minutes from the beach and the fishing district. (Ideal for families of two to four members or elderly people who do not want to climb stairs)

It has a terrace of 14m glazed (sliding windows LUMON), allowing enjoyed in all seasons, with magnificent sea views from the terrace itself, 3 magnificent pools of salt (do not need chlorine) open all year, playground, large communal gardens, Internet access, independent air conditioning, stove, plasma TV, dishwasher, armored doors, wooden floor ..... etc.

The apartment decorated with style, is located on the ground floor with direct access to communal garden and parking area within the complex just 5 meters from the front door of the house (do not have to walk up or down stairs).

You can enjoy free 3 pools: an Olympic, one of 25 meters and children's use the changing rooms and showers on the beach of El Padlock, exclusive to club members. Practicing tennis paddle and free weekday morning (13:00) and weekends (from 14:00). Free use of gym club (see photos) and rental kayack in the same marina for just 3 €

2) At any time you can use gated complex in Marbella with parking, lawn, pools, showers and hammocks on prime beachfront in the best beach in Marbella at hotel Don Carlos and beach club Nikki Beach (See photos beach Marbella Pool and urbanization)

If traveling with a baby we will provide at no cost to you, crib, high chair and changing table with bath for your baby.

Appartement très bien situé

Si vous cherchez un coin tranquille mais quand même en ville, cet endroit est fait pour vous. Une residence récente à flanc de coteau, d'un très bon standing avec 3 piscines, la plage à 10' à pied (attention à la remontée), dans un environnement arboré et calme. A 15-20' du centre ville de Malaga en voiture, 1h30 de Cordoue ou Grenade, 2h de Séville. L'appartement est confortable, bien agencé pour une petite famille et très propre. Enfin Juan le propriétaire vous reçoit avec le sourire et beaucoup d'attention, soucieux que votre séjour se passe le mieux possible.

Ottima scelta davvero,bello il posto e molto accoglienti e premurosi i proprietari. L'appartamento è veramente come nelle foto,noi avevamo l'auto ma il bus passava vicino a casa. Delle tre piscine a disposizione due sono incantevoli e accessibili fino alle 23.

I proprietari ci hanno fornito indicazioni utili per la vacanza e accompagnati personalmente a vedere il club il cui accesso è a disposizione di chi affitta. Consigliatissimo!!!
