Casa Beta is a south-facing quality 2-storey village house, furnished and equipped to a high standard.

On the first floor the property consists of a spacious open plan living area, comfortably furnished with sofa's, chairs and a dining table to accommodate 6 persons. The well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped.This floor has a veranda with a stunning view of the rural landscape towards the ocean leading from the lounge and a balcony off the kitchen.

The property benefits from satellite TV in various languages and a DVD player for your entertainment.

There are 3 bedrooms, on the first floor there is a twin with a separate shower room. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a second twin room with an en-suite shower room. The bedrooms on the lower floor lead out to a small terrace and garden area through patio doors where you can relax and sunbathe.

It is beautifully located yet just 5 minutes from the A22 Motorway; 10-15 minutes from the historic town of Lagos, the shopping Mall in Portimao and the fabulous fishing village of Alvor.

The golden sands of Meia Praia beach are very suitable for families and just a 10 minute drive away. Here you will find beach bars and restaurants, with many different boat trips regularly leaving the Marina de Lagos

Lagos is a delightful Portuguese town with cobbled streets, squares, lots of restaurants, street cafes, bars, supermarkets and shops of all types.

The west coast of the Algarve has panoramic views and wonderful surfing beaches and is just 30 minutes drive from the house. Well worth a visit.

A similar distance is Monchique with its beautiful mountain lanscape and stunning 360 degree views.

From here you could take a day trip to Lisbon, or enjoy the visit the Alentejo region to sample some superb wines.

There are several water parks (open May until end September) within a 30 minutes drive.
