Maison dans le centre de Berck plage

Points positifs : Maison bien située à proximité de la plage et du centre de Berck, quartier calme, cour intérieure agréable, l'électro ménager fonctionne bien, Points négatifs : les chambres sont petites (1 fait environ 11m² et les 3 autres moins de 9m², 2 n'ont pas de volets et les 2 autres chambres pas de rangement, les matelas sont peu confortables dans l'ensemble et demandent à être renouvelés, 2 alèses tâchées avaient besoin d'être nettoyées. A notre arrivée la maison n'est pas très propre (pas uniquement dû aux locataires précédents), or les frais de ménage s'élevaient quand même à cent euros. Cette maison a un bon potentiel mais a besoin d'être rénovée , quelques prises de courant manquent ou sont défaillantes. La semaine s'est dans l'ensemble bien passée, la météo fut très bonne et notre séjour en famille fut un bon temps.

Maison ayant un beau potentiel mais restee style année 60 mal finie

Dans l annonce d abritel,il est écrit 2 Salles de bain ,or il n y en a qu une.Dans celle existante,les portes de la douche ne se ferment plus: roulettes cassées ...très vieille cabine de douche pour l accueil de 9 personnes ,chambres petites,avec pour la plupart, une seule prise de courant.prix de l location excessif par rapport à la qualité Notre séjour a cependant été bon car nous étions avec nos 6 petits enfants ,la cour-terrasse a été appréciée .
