Located in Rincón de la victoria, is the Paradise House that its name comes from the Esterilizias, or flowers of paradise that you will find in their gardens. Flowers of Paradise, pink, orange, lemon, mandarin, a manicured lawn that will make your stay a unique experience. The house also has space for up to 4 cars in their garages.
Ideal for families up to 8 people only 100 m from the beach in Rincon de la Victoria full of typical Andalusian food restaurants where you can enjoy such famous Spanish tapas and Spanish wine matured to the sun.
This urban villa comprises a large living room, kitchen with pantry, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shower room, backyard and front yard where they can eat.

I woI would like to begin with a brief summary of our history. Carmen, my wife and I are - were - two professionals outside the tourist industry, my wife is a professional diver. And I am a specialist in large computer systems. This means that when we started this adventure, in 2007, we did not think we were going to divert our professional careers to this field.
In fact we started with very little, with one apartment, a holiday accommodation in our farm (The Piriposa). We believed that we would succeed minimum essential, indeed, time has shown us that our customers personalized attention and the care dedicated to them that we have to repeat clients over the years. This coupled with the use of languages (English, French, Portuguese, Italian) -Reception accompaniment to a detailed after hours, location of services, monitoring his arrival in destiny make our customers have assessed us on most occasions with a score of 5/5.
Over time we have evolved, our friends and neighbors trust in Carmen and me to manage their properties and have come to be more than 15 apartments and various houses, all located in the area of Chilches, Benagalbon and Rincon de la Victoria, Málaga. But why us? Because our philosophy is based on the following principles:

*- Good prices. Normally we are below average without reducing quality one iota.

We just started managing this property, so do not panic if you do not see assessments. We are starting with home paradise. But we have more than 7 years of successful management of houses and apartments in the area. Come and find out!
We have a pricing system adapted to the number of occupants to accommodate a reasonable price to all kinds of families. Beds not hired, not able to use.
We offer apartments and villas in the Costa del Sol in Malaga. Houses or apartments for a relaxing holiday immersed in Axarquia. Our holiday homes are the most economical of all offering great value for our customers appreciate through evaluations area.
Great location, easy walk to supermarket, market, beach and restuarants
Villa very comfortable though kitchen equipment needs updating/ replacing. All dinner plates had chips in them and we had to buy wine glasses and tumbles as there were only small juice glasses.
Villa ideal for people with mobility difficulties.
Carmen and Jose were lovely and help sort things we needed for us , mobility scooter!!.
Schöne Lage in einem netten Ferienort . Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen.
Das Haus bietet allen Komfort und ist auch für 8 Erwachsene gut geeignet.
e rented this house for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay in this property. Location is very good as there are several shops across the street and even more 5min walking distance. Nearby street is not very busy so you will not be disturbed with huge traffic and can enjoy peaceful stay. Sea side is nice and most important it’s almost near your doors.
The house itself has everything you need, kitchen is well equipped, internet, washing machine up to the garbage bag. It also have 2 garages and it is nice bonus (at least for us as we placed our bicycles there). I would say that car is not necessary if you would like to relax near the see or go to nearby places like Malaga, Nerja, Torre but recommended if you would like to see Ronda, Granada, Mijas.
The best part of this property if I can say so are hosts. Carmen and Jose Luis are the best hosts I have ever met. They are very friendly, nice and helpful. We were treated like in 5 star hotel. Thanks to you for that!
