Currently in the process of being registered.

This holiday home is a spacious two bedroom apartment, on the second floor with views of Puerto de la Duquesa beach and two of the four swimming pools within the complex.

Fantastic for families and perfect for that well deserved relaxing break in the sun.

Both bedrooms are en-suits with twin basins. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be made into a king size bed.

There is also a guest wc in the hallway .

The large kitchen has a breakfast table for two and is fitted with all appliances , the utility room houses the water boiler and washing machine .

The spacious living/dinning room has dinning for 4 with large patio doors leading onto the terrace along with Wifi, a T.V with English channels , DVD player and CD player.

The complex has a gym, paddle/tennis courts, and four swimming pools with immediate access onto the beach with beautiful costal views.

There are many restaurants & bars in the Marina of La Duquesa which is also a stone throw away from the apartment with beautiful views of the boats in the marina .

I just want to thank Karen for her help and for allowing us to stay in such a spotless and beautiful apartment which is a proper home from home. Sadly, we had to return to the UK early so didn't get a chance to explore the area as we had planned but we will return to do just that and won't book through anyone else - very happy to have found Karen and Wilkins Property Management.

Absolutely fantastic!

What can I say, an amazing experience at a beautiful apartment. Karen was so welcoming and helpful and the property was right by the beach. The port is next door and offers a bars and restaurants to suit every taste. For us with the kids it was absolutely perfect! Bright, clean and good value. Will definitely stay again- thanks!

Lovely time!

Fantástico apartamento!

Apartamento muy amplio, limpio, silencioso y con todos los servicios en una urbanización de alto nivel frente a la playa.

Habitaciones todavía más amplias de lo que mostraban las fotos y enorme plaza de garaje.

El apartamento se encuentra en una zona con muchas opciones de restauración sin necesidad de utilizar el coche. A diez minutos andando por el paseo marítimo hay varios parques infantiles.

Excelente trato y profesionalidad por parte de la agencia de alquiler.

Our apartment is in an ideal area of the Costa del Sol, La Duquesa has a beautiful port and marina.The complex where our apartment is situated is right next door to the marina. The complex is specially suited for family holidays; it is gated, secured, has 4 swimming pools, communal gardens, two padel courts and it is beachfront.

Marina de la Duquesa, is a front line development perfectly situated to enjoy both the beaches and a great variety of bars and restaurants. On your doorstep is the New Golden Mile beachside promenade which joins the charming seaside town of Sabinillas to the lively international marina of Puerto de la Duquesa and to the little town of Castillo de la Duquesa. Both towns are ideal to get more into the real spain feeling and enjoying the typical spanish food and tapas.

La Duquesa also has its own 18 hole golf course.

The coast has some of the best golf courses in Europe, with reasonable rates. Please enquire when booking .

Manilva is a beautiful village with some fanatic views, it still has its old spanish charm with cobbled streets and little local spanish businesses. They are also known to hold many traditional spanish events.

Sabinillas is in walking distance of the complex , again a typical spanish village with a lovely local weekly market .

Hosting many bar/restaurants with fantastic views of the coast .

Also along the coast you have all kinds of different attractions and beautiful places to visit . The local tourist information centres in Duquesa, Estepona are ideal for obtaining further details and leaflets on local activities and events.
