Also close to supermarkets, the shopping mall Miramar, with original versión and spanish movies, shops and restaurants.

a beautiful apartment in a stunning location

We stayed for 8 nights and loved everything about the apartment - decorated in cool grays and pale wood with plenty of white, the wooden floors made a welcome change from marble tiles. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could want and plenty of crockery/cutlery/glasses. We were unable to get English TV as neither of us has an iphone but there was so much to look at from the balcony that it didn't matter a bit! The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in there was very welcome. Andes and Elma were flexible about when we checked in and very welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who wants to stay somewhere with a wonderful sea view - being 3 floors up it wasn't noisy. Thank you Andes and Elma.

Stayed from 14 march until 14 april. Wow! what a great apartment.Everything you need for an easy holiday. From the moment we walked in, the quality of the fittings and furniture that has been used in the refurbishment said it all. Fabulous modern kitchen, great lounge area, large patio doors and a view to die for. Outside there is a large balcony with a dining area for all the romantic breakfasts as the sunrises over the ocean. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by and the nearest large supermercado is about an 8 min walk. The train and bus stations are a short walk away should you want to travel around. Everything about this apartment is just perfect. We have travelled a lot over the years but this is by far the best apartment that we have stayed in. Will certainly be back as soon as our pensions allow. Thank you Elma and Andres for providing great service and a fantastic apartment.

Appartement de rêve

L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description. Il est entièrement équipé avec des produits de qualité pour accueillir 4 personnes. Les lits et les sofas sont confortables. L'appartement et l'immeuble dans lequel il est situé sont impeccables. Andres a été très accueillant. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans crainte. Il est situé à distance de marche des restaurants et épiceries. Nous terminons un séjour de 5 semaines et avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine!

Super place

What an apartment! The owners have really done a first class job in renovating and equipping the flat. Everything from Apple TV, wireless Internet, Bluetooth mobile speaker and a top spec kitchen with every device and utensil you could ask for.

The main selling point though is the view, accessed via the amazing glass doors. Nothing to interrupt the view of the beach and the waves hitting the beach, incredible even when the weather is less than ideal.

The owners were incredibly helpful, showing us the various aspects we might need to know upon arrival and even ferrying us (mum, dad and 2 little ones) to the local train station upon departure (thank you Anders!!)

A wonderful flat and I am sure we will return.

Great apartment, schitterend appartement

Just back from a wonderfull holiday. The apartment was great. Have you seen the pictures on the website? If you enter the apartment it is even better. The owners did a wonderfull job. The kitchen is great. Everything is brand new. Good oven, big fride, seperate freezer, watercooker, coffiemachine everything you need is equiped in this kitchen. The couch is great. The beds are very good. Great shower. If you are looking for a great holiday well this is it. Great thanks to the owners. I know for sure that we are coming back.

We zijn net treug van een onvergetelijke vakantie. Dit appartement is werkelijk top. Alles is nieuw en aanwezig. Noeuwe keuken met oven, magnetron, electrische kookplaat, grote koelkast. Zit gedeelte is perfect net zoals de bedden. Geweldige douche. In dit appartement zit echt alles.
