Schöneberg is a tolerant district with a lively gay scene and plenty of opportunities for adventure. Leafy and quiet in parts, it’s a lovely place to live too. Visit Viktoria-Luise-Platz for some nice architecture, stroll up Akazienstrasse for restaurants, and party the night away around Fuggerstrasse and Motzstrasse.
Here, in the southern part of Schöneberg you'll see the tranquil side of Berlin. Close to the historic Templehof airport site that has now become a huge park, the area boasts a planetarium and Sommerbad Am Insulaner, an outdoor pool.
A nice quiet area, well placed for bus services and the nearby S-Bahn. Handy local shops for immediate needs but easy to get into Berlin or out to Potsdam or the Wannsee. The apartment is spacious with lots of light and high ceilings, and very nicely furnished / equipped.
Das Appertement ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet; in der Küche findet man alles, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Lediglich die Tatsache, dass die Toilette im Badezimmer ist, bedarf bei den morgendlichen Drucklagen etwas Abstimmung... Pefekte Verkehrsanbindung, 100 m zur Bushaltestelle, Rathaus Steglictz in die U-Bahn und man ist in ca. 20-25 Min am Kudamm
