Delightful sunny holiday cottage with 1 bedrooms and sofa bed in lounge. The cottage has a wood burning stove, combination microwave oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge and fully equipped galley kitchen. Tiled toilet and shower room. Guests have the use of the large garden with tables, chairs and BBQ. Freezer space in garage as well as storage for sports equipment, bikes etc.

Situated next to a working farm.

About The Owner

Jim and Ethel run a very successful holiday cottage rental business as well as Café Questo on the Harbourside in Eyemouth. Jim and his son Iain have two charter boats for diving and fishing.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 1999

Lovely loft apartment away from it all!

Lovely loft apartment with everything you need in very relaxing surroundings. Tastefully decorated and very clean! Nice wee touch with the welcome bottle of wine and fresh eggs. Would highly recommend and I'm sure we'll be back at some point. Thank you Ethel and Jim.xx

Excellent place

Very pleased with the loft ,very cosy with the log fire especially with the weather we had during our short stay, Jim and Ethel where there to meet us and show us the loft and facilities which made us feel very welcome, the owners direct website needs to put in the directions to the loft as the post code takes to the wrong place, this is no fault of the owners as they where there to help us with directions as this must happen a lot

We will be returning later on in the year if the loft is available.

As we said to you our postcode picks up 16 different properties but we always know where you are. Perhaps we should buy the stables you ended up at and convert. Glad that considering the weather the Loft was cosy for you with the log stove and electric heating. charming picturesque loft

A great getaway from the busy city life. The loft was well kept and clean on arrival. It was a relaxing stay with very hospitable and helpful hosts. Good tips of things to do in the area from the hosts helped our holiday.

Perfect location to visit Edinburgh and the Northumberland coast

Jim and Ethel are the perfect hosts and me and my partner had a great holiday. The nearest beach which is in Coldingham is fantastic and clean with plenty of walks. Berwick upon Tweed is only a 15min drive away which has an abundance of restaurants. We even visited Edinburgh for the day which is only 45-50min drive away. We would recommend this place to our friends and family.
