Contemporary and central, this spacious house is ideal for group gatherings

Number 95 is an incredibly spacious Victorian house, perfect for groups of friends or extended families, as it sleeps up to 19.

This welcoming semi-detached property is ideally positioned in central Eastbourne – just minutes from the beach, town centre, restaurants and attractions.

Set over three floors, the house combines the elegance of period features and wooden floors with contemporary style and practicality.

Upstairs are eight bedrooms in total which sleep 14 in permanent beds. There are two single bedrooms, two double bedrooms, and four flexible rooms that can be set up as either kingsize or twin bedrooms. With cube beds set up in the larger bedrooms and the sofabed set up in one of the lounges, the house can sleep up to 19. A family bathroom has a bath and shower, plus there are two further showers in the house.

Relaxation is key, with lots of spaces to hang out with friends and loved ones. There are two lounges to choose from, one with a TV and DVD player, and a selection of DVDs to choose from. A games console is on hand for more interactive entertainment, plus a music system and WiFi mean there's no shortage of options.

The modern fitted kitchen is ideal for preparing food and the huge dining table in the dining room provides a natural hub for social gathering. And if you need to escape for a quiet moment, there's a small garden to the rear of the property. There isn't any outdoor dining furniture as it is a small space, but you can always bring a dining chair out for a sneaky sit in the sun if the weather is kind.

Parking is on street and free of charge. Beds are made up ahead of arrival and towels are also provided. Short breaks are available off season (minimum stay is three nights - eg Friday to Monday) and in peak season (school holidays) there is a week-long minimum stay, with bookings usually running from Friday to Friday.

Also includes free WiFi, a games console, DVDs to watch, iPod docking station, plus towels and linen.

On arrival we found a spacious, clean house with all the facilities we needed. The only down size was the kitchen which was a bit on the small size if you actually wanted to cook for 17 people, although it did have all the utensils we needed. Close to the Seafront, shops and takeaways.

COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE

OUR FIRST IMPRESSION ON ARRIVAL WAS THE FRIENDLY WELCOME WHEN WE COLLECTED OUR KEYS. THE PROPERTY ITSELF WAS CLEANED TO A HIGH STANDARD AND WELL MAINTAINED AND ALTHOUGH WE COMPRISED A LARGE MIXED FAMILY GROUP NOTHING HAD BEEN OVERLOOKED TO MAKE OUR STAY BOTH COMFORTABLE AND WITH EVERYTHING PROVIDED FOR OUR NEEDS. WITH HAVING SUCH A LARGE GROUP OBVIOUSLY WE HAD BEEN CONCERNED AS TO WHETHER THE LOCATION WOULD BE ABLE TO FULFIL OUR RATHER DIVERSE INTERESTS BUT WE NEED NOT HAVE WORRIED. ALONG WITH A BEAUTIFUL SEAFRONT JUST A SHORT WALK AWAY THERE WERE SOME GREAT RESTAURANTS CATERING TO EVERY TASTE AND MANY PLACES OF INTEREST WITHIN THE AREA. OF COURSE JUST A SHORT RIDE AWAY IS THE UNFORGETTABLE BEACHY HEAD AND SOUTH DOWNS. A PERFECT PLACE TO SPEND A HOLIDAY. WE ALL WISHED WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER BUT WE WILL CERTAINLY STAY THERE AGAIN.

Eastbourne has a lot to offer - whether you fancy taking in a West End show or concert at Eastbourne's fabulous bandstand, enjoying a stroll on the pier, roller skating along the promenade or even having a go at some water sports.

The charming town centre has a surprising number of excellent restaurants and a good selection of shops to while away a few hours – including the boutiques of Little Chelsea and the Enterprise Centre. There is also the excellent contemporary Towner art gallery, plus four theatres.

Nightlife is also active, with university campus students and international language schools adding to the cosmopolitan, dynamic vibe. There are a range of bars, pubs and nightclubs - plus Brighton is an easy train ride away.

It's also a family friendly resort – to keep the kids entertained, the Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway, Treasure Island and Fort Fun offer plenty of entertainment, including rides, crazy golf and go-karting, and there are bags of further attractions to visit within the surrounding region.

The base rate displayed is for up to 14 people staying - the house sleeps 14 in a mixture of double and single beds. For larger groups we can set up cube beds/sofa bed or cots, to sleep up to 18 people in total. For each person staying above the base 14, there is a £50 supplement.
