Property on the seafront with direct access to the sea

It is a beautiful single apartment in a larger property. It is independent, has a garden and terrace and is located a few meters from the beach on the waterfront with direct access to the sea.

It has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Fully furnished kitchen and living room. The apartment has direct access to Cala Blanca. The property is in perfect condition and has air conditioning.

Less than 2 km is Santa Ponsa, which is the most populated center of the municipality of Calvia. Contains a beach half a kilometer long, one hundred feet long called "Caló d'en Pellicer", a marina and a hundred hotels, apartments, shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. He is internationally renowned for the large influx of tourists who visit it each year.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Das Appartment war grundsätzlich sauber. Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis sehr billig und teilweise veraltet (Bad aus den 70er Jahren, schrammelig, schmales Doppelbett, kein Fön vorhanden). Verärgert hat uns das Loch in der Decke eines Schlafzimmers, durch das es sogar tropfte (!!!). Trotz der Bemühungen der Verwalterin Noemi hat der spanische Vermieter die Verantwortung abgelehnt und uns keinen Rabatt gewährt (wie von uns gewünscht). Sein Kulanzangebot wären lediglich 2 weitere kostenlose Tage gewesen. Wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen und sie auch nicht mehr buchen.

Dream terrace at the see

The apartment of a mallorquin family has a fantastic terracce see view and is located directly to a very nice bay with al very sympatic insider`s beach bar.

Many of the visitors are younger mallorquins, this will unfortunately change in the next years, because this place will for sure be recommended the next time in every tour guide from London to Berlin......The owners are very easy and uncomplicated, and Noemi (owner) is a perfect and charming organizer, best Place to be in Costa de la Calma

It has renowned historical importance in Mallorca, because the landing of King James I in order to conquer the island in 1229.
