We own a Villa (Casa Cubo) located in Sierra Blanca (Nagueles), just 1 km from this apartment, and we love area. In 2014 we spent some time trying to find the perfect apartment nearby. My husband and I ended up with Senorio de Marbella. When we saw this domain, we totally felt in love with this place. We have upgraded the hole apartment between Oct.14 - Jan.15. Now it´s modern with a luxury touch.
We like to rent out our properties to people that cares about the small details, and believe this will add positive to your stay in Marbella.

Totally renovated (2015), 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms apartment (135 m2 internal) with private terraces (20m2 and 8m2). Sea and pool view. Fantastic tropical surroundings. The domain have its architectural inspiration from Alhambra in Granada.
Facilities include 4 large swimming pools (one salt water and heated out of season), tennis and paddle tennis courts, saunas, jacuzzi, ping pong, children’s play area and pool. There is a private restaurant within the development.
All set in beautiful grounds which are secure and gated with 24 hour security.

The apartment sleeps 6 people with a double and twin bedroom. There is an ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom and an other bathroom to share for the other bedrooms.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and there is two large flat screen TV with Satellite channels (approx. 100) available.This is a superb location set between Marbella and Puerto Banus, overlooking the sea and approx. 650m from the beach at Puento Romano (famous hotel). Both Marbella and Puerto Banus are easily walkable using beautiful established promenade at the beach front. Facilities in the area are superb with easy access to most sporting/leisure facilities as well as great shopping in Marbella and Puerto Banus. Nearest beach are Beach Nagueles, one of the best beaches in Marbella.
Set In A Secure Gated Community With Superb Facilities In Wonderful Gardens. Fantastic surroundings. Clean and beautiful.

This apartment was a luxurious stay for me and my friends to celebrate my birthday. It had everything you could possibly ask for, especially the kitchen equipped with all you could need. The complex was about a 10 minute walk away from the main road where you could grab a coffe and eat at the bakery or other cafes. The pools and gardens at the complex were lovely and well kept. I will definitely be returning!
Beautiful apartment, very well equipped and tastefully decorated in a secured estate with magnificent gardens, near to the beach (car recommended) and to the long and beautiful sea walls inviting you for wonderful walks.
This is an extremely well presented apartment situated in beautiful grounds mid-way between Puerto Banus and Old Marbella.
The owners have provided everything you could possible require for a very comfortable stay, with high spec appliances and tasteful decoration. They responded promptly to all our queries and our booking and included detailed instructions and advice on the local area which was very useful.
The property is accurately represented by the photographs on the website. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and plan to revisit ourselves.
The apartment was up to all expectations on my 2 week stay. This is an elegant designapartment for the ones who appreciate high quality. I especially enjoyed the terraces with the wonderful view of the garden. The garage was situated close to the elevator and this is of course convenient. I give a 10 out of 10.
We have had two wonderful weeks in Casa Lila. The apartment is new and delicate situated in a great apartment complex. The garden and pools were impressive and well-maintained and it was easy to relax with a lifeguard and security guard on site. There is a small restaurant on site that certainly can be recommended. Super service from the owner who came with useful information in advance. Highly recommended!
Malaga Airport is approx 40 km away and it takes about 35 minutes on the E15/A7 motorway - exit 181b.
