Nice residence with beautiful mountain views, sunny apartment.

We welcome you in our pleasant T2 of 35m2 on the 2nd floor in the residence 'The Ashes' consists of two small buildings of 3 floors surrounded by greenery.

NOTE: sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided.

You park on your parking lot. The entrance to the residence is secured, there is an intercom. In the basement, you have a basement accessible by elevator.

très agréable!

l'appartement était très agréable;propre, confortable et calme; de plus il est à deux pas du joli parc thermal de la ville; on a possibilité d'aller se promener en ville et faire ses courses en partant à pied, donc pas de problème de stationnement; le seul petit inconvénient est que le coin cuisine est vraiment petit et l'aménagement pas très pratique (par exemple four micro-ondes trop en hauteur) sinon les clic-clac sont confortables et l'environnement plaisant;

Owner's Response: C'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons à nouveau. Luchon a vraiment beaucoup de charme et nous faisons en sorte que les invités se sentent au mieux dans l'appartement. L'appartement fait 35m2 comme indiqué dans l'annonce et logiquement l'espace est réduit. A Luchon, il y a évidemment des appartements plus grands à la location mais c'est plus cher et par forcément avec une bonne localisation, vues ou exposition.

Location week-end mars - 4 personnes

C'est un appartement calme, bien agencé et très bien localisé par rapport au centre ville. La location est conforme à l'annonce. Les plus, un ascenseur et un grand parking pour garer les véhicules. Seul petit bémol le chauffage dans la salle de bain par simple sèche serviette n'est pas très efficace en cette saison (un soufflant serait le bien venu).

Je recommande cette location.
