This lovely apartment is located within the Plata apartment complex directly on the sea front, with direct access to the beach. This urbanisation is maintained to a good standard throughout. The apartment is south facing and the large terrace provides a great view of the beach and sea. The lounge is a good size and has a modern sofa area by the LED tv. In the centre of the room is a dining table for four people. On the terrace there are amazing sea views with two comfortable sunbeds and a further dining table for four people. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons. There is a family shower room accessed from the hallway. The master bedroom is comfortable and provides an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has one large kingsize bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The TV programs are in Spanish, English, Russian, etc (IPTV installed in the property) and the property now comes with fiber-optic internet included in the price after the 14/04/2016. Parking for one car is provided under the building and is accessed by a remote control. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Next to Carrefour Supermarket in Estepona Town. The apartment development of Plato is built adjacent to the beach behind the Carrefour supermarket, just to the east of the town centre. One of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast runs from here all the way along the sea front of the Estepona Town. The apartment is ideally situated for access to the town centre and the motorway heading to Gibraltar and Malaga. Estepona Port is a twenty minute walk and is home to numerous good bars and restaurants plus two large supermarkets. You can also hire boats from the port or enjoy walking around the sunday morning craft market. The town centre is an enjoyable 10 minutes walk further along the seafront. Here you will find many shops in the main shopping street plus many more pretty Spanish bars and restaurants. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to base themselves somewhere with nice beaches with plenty of things to do whilst being able to go exploring more of the cost such as Puerto Banus and Marbella old town or Gibraltar and Morocco.

  • In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
    You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
    We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
    Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
    Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
    Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
    Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
