Spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located on a quiet cul-de-sac road

This lovely Victorian maisonette is located right off Gloucester Road, famous for its independent shops, numerous cafes and restaurants. It is also known for its great art and graffiti's among which some of Banksy's most famous pieces.

This maisonette has a large living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), a bathroom with bathtub and shower, a large kitchen, a double bedroom with bow windows, and finally a stylish king size bedroom in the loft.

It truly offers all the comfort and warmth of a home away from home.

About The Owner

I grew up in the United States, France and Spain. Having lived in several countries and moved around I understand the importance of making a rental feel like home. It is important for our guests to be comfortable but also enjoy the best experience they can by staying in our apartment. It is also the reason why we have collected local magazines, brochures, flyers and business cards of places we go to regularly and we think provide great food, good business and overall quality service whether it is a shop, cafe or restaurant.

The Owner purchased this apartment in 2011

Why The Owner chose Bristol

We chose this property with my wife because of its location. Gloucester road is ideal for its many independent shops, green grocers, antique stores, cafes, restaurants, bakeries, butchers, children friendly cafes and play areas etc...

The atmosphere here is like no where else. It is very relaxed, easy going, fun and very artsy.

It also offers the practicality of been very close to the city centre (10 min by bus) and is also accessible by foot.

What makes this apartment unique

It also has the advantage of having two parks within less than a 1 minute walk with play areas for kids, great for families.

The leisure centre is right across our street and has a gym, a swimming pool, squash courts and other activities.

All in all I don't think we could have chosen a area that offers as many activities and points of interests in Bristol.

Great experience for a family

Nice reception (thanks Erik), Very clean, everything available (like in home), high speed WiFi, not far from city center. For a big family (like us) be aware you need to line up for the single bathroom :-) definitely, will be back again

Immaculate and beautifully styled.

This was a beautiful home very clean and welcoming, one of the best nights sleep we've ever had. Lovely little touches like chocolates and wine provided, tea coffee and milk. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.
