This lovely new Duplex two storey spacious property. With private swimming pool air conditioning in all rooms and Wi Fi. Sleeps 6 people in beds and 2 x extra on the sofa bed in the lounge area. Private parking for one car. Very tastefully decorated. The house is 151m2. Garden area 52m2. Pool size 6m x 2.20m. Depths 1.60 / 1.10. Our property consists of kitchen area with all electrical utility items with door leading to the front of the property with table and seating for 3 people. Separate utility room with washing machine. Ground floor Toilet room. Large lounge area with A/C Good size sofa and 2 arm chairs and a sofa / bed. Table and chairs for dining. Satellite TV. Wi Fi. Huge patio doors leading to the under cover conservatory with table / chairs for alfresco dining all with views of the swimming pool and mountains. This then leads to the garden area with swimming pool and sun loungers. There is also a private gate taking you to the lake where you can walk along the edge of the lake.

The second floor consists of Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and A/C with patio doors to the good sized terrace with fabulous views with table / chairs for dining or watching the world go by / relaxing. Double bedroom en/suite. Walk in wardrobe that leads to the bathroom with Bath, over head shower, toilet sink, bidet. This bedroom also has patio doors to the terrace area again with great views of the lake, swimming pool and mountain range. Second twin bedroom consists of fitted wardrobe cabin style beds with patio door to smaller balcony at the front of the property. Separate bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet sink.

Please note that if there is a booking for the use of the sofa bed there is a 100 euros supplement for the 7th/8th person.

Any booking for less than 7 nights there is a 100 euros supplement charge.

Great location and great personal service

Wonderful pool area and BBQ. We loved the place. You can hear music from the clubs but usually quiet at 11-12.

Property had nice location with views over lake

Villa clean and tidy with everything you need.

But after using the pool my 5&7 year old daughters had their blonde hair turn green.

This was reported to Debra the agent and after telling me it was the sun lotion that was the problem.

I then explained that it was the PH of the water ,/ copper content in the water and not chlorine or Sun lotion.

CARLOS the owner attended that evening and tested water and said ph level wasn't right.

He added chemicals to adjust and said that it should be ok to swim in again tomorrow.

Unfortunately it didn't get better and turned my swimming shorts green and towels.

Also 3 evenings spent washing kids hair with ketchup not what you expect to do on holiday.

3 swimming garments ruined and 2 towels.

Reported to Carlos and he said he would check again.

Tried to contact Debra again only to have her avoid phone calls and text messages.

Only way we could use the pool was to buy the kids swimming hats.

Overall thanks Carlos for trying to fix issue with pool but unfortunately it hasn't been resolved by the time we checked out.

No compensation for damaged goods or refund.

As for Debra she certainly shouldnt be employed to do her current job ,totally disgusted.

We stay in 2 private villas a year with the kids and have never had anything happen like this.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry for what happened during the guests stay in all the years of renting out our property this is the first time we have encountered this, although this does not help Mr Stone and his family. Once this was reported to ourselves we visited the property/pool straight the way on the 15th to check the chemical level, whilst at the chalet there was no running water, when we made inquiries we found that the local council had cut off the water for urgent repairs. We added chemicals to the swimming pool. Chlorine. We explained this to the guests. We were then told by the water company that when there is a cut off of water they add extra chlorine to the water to ensure that the water is safe for drinking and bathing, this is where the problem was because the pool actually had too much chlorine in it because we had put some in and when we filled the pool up with the street water that also had chlorine in it so we went and brought a product to lower the chlorine level. This was also explained to the guests when we visited. We visited again on the 16th and also the 17th and both days our test showed the balance as correct. Debra and myself were in contact with the guests constantly during these first few days although messages were not answered but emails were sent straight the way to the guests explaining what was happening and when I, Carlos would be visiting again. (We always correspond by email rather than text as you can communicate more thoroughly this way, this is always explained to the guests upon their arrival to our property so that they are aware that not all messages will be answered with a message but with an email) Debora has helped me for 7 years and i know she always communicates to the guests as she writes the emails for me but signs them off as Carlos as i am the owner. I have never received one complaint or verbal communication about her unwillingness to help or respond. Without her responding to the guests or myself i would not be able to organise maintenance issues etc. Our final communication was via email on the 17th asking Mr Stone if everything was ok. The response we received was "Thank you Carlos” although it was Debora that had written the email so this is where the confusion may have arisen from the guest.

Great location and good facilities.

We enjoyed out stay in Alcúdia.Excellent beach. Good for cycling with families. Easy journey from the airport.

Local hotel can be noisy in the evening but stops soon after 12pm.

Fantastic Property - Woulod Reccomend

Myself and 5 other family members stayed her for a week in April. We really enjoyed our stay and the property had absoultely everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The house is super clean and well equipped. There are a number of shops, pubs and restaurant extremely close and beach was fantastic.

This two storey property is in a prime location. All amenities on your door step. At the back of the property is the lake with great views of the mountains, there is a gate at the end of the garden for those that would like to take a stroll along the lake or Walk along the largest sandiest beach on the island to the port/harbour area of Alcudia or towards the playa de Muro / Can Picafort resort. This is a car free promenade where you can either walk, cycle or skate part of or all of the 7km of sandy beach. Lots of water activities available along this stretch of the bay. Life guards on duty during the seasonal months. Water park less than a mile away. Local buses running every 15 minutes for those that would like to do some sightseeing / visiting other neighbouring resorts. Or there are taxis available and horse drawn carriages.Twice weekly market in the old town of Alcudia not to be missed. Those that like Golf the nearest club is Alcanada or Pollensa town. The apartment is ideally situated for cyclist with the resort hosting the well know Iron man event twice a year. Plenty of room for storing your bikes.
