The perfect place to relax and discover Andalusia. Located 40 km from Marbella and 35 km from Gibraltar.

Apartment of 2 rooms with spectacular views. Complex, 1 km from the port of Duquesa (You will find thirty different restaurants) and the beach, secure 24/24, it has 5 swimming pools, one for children and a Paddle.

The apartment is very bright, it offers a pleasant terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, golf. A rocking chair suspended, beautiful plants, a table and 4 chairs adorns.

It is a modern and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms with lots of storage (safe) 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi tub and a skylight.

The apartment is fully equipped and with a modern decor, marble flooring. Lovely apartment with sea view

Great communication from the owner throughout. The management company were also very helpful. They helped us find the apartment and showed us around.

The apartment was very clean and it was decorated well. There were outside terraces from both of the bedrooms and living room with a beautiful sea view. The apartment had everything we needed for the stay (hairdryer, iron, coffee machine etc). A car is needed as it is too far to walk to La Duquesa with kids, but parking is provided. A really enjoyable stay, we will definitely be back!

Better than expected!

This apartment was better than we expected. Pictures don't show how big the main balcony is, rooms are spacious and the pool was soo good; proper pool for swimming. We swam every day, we don't want only lying down and tanning - which was easy to do too. I even lost some weight! Tank you, we loved it and will be back!

Ideal Location and Excellent Accommodation

Three of us stayed in the apartment for the month of April. We found it to have all the amenities as advertised and was very clean and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive to any concerns we had which weren't very many. The location is away from the cities but is well located for venturing out to all the mountaintop villages and Gibraltar. It is necessary to drive to restaurants and shopping however this is the trade-off for peace and quiet. It is a short drive to the cities of Marbella, Estepona, and Gibraltar.

Very nice unit as advertized

The unit was very nice, clean and well maintained as advertised with a great layout, huge balcony and awesome views of the Med and a few holes of the golf course in the distance having been on the top floor of the unit. Both the owner and his local representative provided exceptional customer service answering all enquiries promptly and efficiently. I would recommend the unit to both friends and relatives as it is a beautiful place and quite comfortable. The one issue that is challenging is the location as it requires driving to everything as no restauraunts, grocery stores, etc are within a reasonable walking distance away so a car is always required. Having said that, the area is incredible to explore regarding the great history and culture of the area.

Superschön und praktisch

Sehr gut praktisch eingerichtetes Apartment, alles vorhanden. Schöne Terrasse, ruhiges Haus und Umgebung. Sehr gute Betreuung im Falle von auftauchenden Problemen. Mit dem Auto kann man gut die Urbanisation erreichen und Garagenplatz im Haus vorhanden.
