The Apartment is situated on a small urbanisation next to the Fontana/Canal and very close to the beach. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, the master has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors and built-in wardrobes.
The Apartment has a large south-facing terrace and a large lounge. There is also a fully fitted kitchen.
Free WiFi is supplied, as is all towels and linen.
The complex is a small and exclusive Urbanisation and provides a safe and secure environment for families, offering ideal play facilities for children and a swimming pool.
I am a private owner and live in the UK. I speak English but have friends who can translate Spanish! I have owned the property for 3 years and absolutely love to stay at the Apartment with my family.

Before I purchased this Apartment I studied the surrounding areas - Denia, Moriara, Calpe etc and decided that Javea has everything I wanted for a holiday Apartment. The Apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the modern facilities needed, such as WiFi and a 42' TV and DVD player.
To reach the beach is a 3-4 minute walk. Yet the Urbanisation is quite secluded, private and secure - excellent for a family, especially for the kids!
Stayed at this apartment in August 2015. Great location, clean and well equipped. Javea is a lovely place, bit of a hidden gem! Lots of restaurants and bars. Great area for children, beach is great which is just a 5 minute walk away. The owner, Pete, was easy to deal with and we have booked to come back again in October 2016.

We enjoyed a wonderful 7 night stay in Javea in this lovely 3 bedroom apartment. All the dealings we had with Pete beforehand our stay were kind and professional.
The apartment is situated near Playa del Arenal, and it is a 15 minute walk to the Beach and all the restaurants. For those who like walking, Javea Port is a further 30/40 minute stroll along the coastline, with plenty of places to stop for a drink or have something to eat.
The apartment is located in a very quiet place.
We hope to come back next year.
Cumple todas las expectativas. Grande, espacioso, bien ubicado. Facilidad para aparcar si se va con mas de un vehículo. A 5 min andando de la playa del Arenal.

Javea is a beautiful 'jewel' with fantastic beaches, walks, restaurants & bars,set against the backdrop of the wonderful Montgo Mountain.
Javea is broadly split into 3 main parts - the Arenal beach, the Port area and the Old Town. The Arenal has a wide sweep of white sand alongside a promenade of restaurants and shops. The beach has facilities for children and in summer you can hire dinghies, jet skis etc. for your enjoyment.
Between the Arenal at the south end of the town and the Port at the north end is a long, rocky beach which is ideal for a gentle stroll or a cycle ride. In the summer there are cocktail bars along this part of Javea.
The Port has a large marina and is a typical Spanish fishing port, surrounded by beautiful, pebbled beaches. In the evenings you can purchase your own fresh fish from the stalls.
The historic Old Town is set back from the Port and is filled with old, cobbled streets - a typical Spanish town. There are many excellent restaurants and bars and a market is held each week on Thursdays.
There is lots to do and see around Javea and has plenty of golfing facilities close to the town.
Javea is an impressive, beautiful and unspoilt holiday location, a 'hidden' gem.
