This beautiful, well-decorated Apartment is situated on a small urbanisation next to the Fontana/Canal and very close to the beach. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, the master has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors and built-in wardrobes.

The Apartment has a large south-facing terrace and a large lounge. There is also a fully fitted kitchen.

Free WiFi is available, as is all towels and linen.

The complex is a small and exclusive urbanisation and provides a safe and secure environment for families, offering ideal play facilities for children and a swimming pool.

Please note - there are NO additional charges for electricity, AC, Water, cleaning or bed linen! Everything provided is top quality and my management team of Ann & Blas will make you feel very welcome.

Why Pete chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

Before I purchased this Apartment I studied the surrounding areas - Denia, Moriara, Calpe etc and decided that Javea has everything I wanted for a holiday Apartment. The Apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the modern facilities needed, such as WiFi and a 42' TV and DVD player.

What makes this apartment unique

To reach the beach is a 3-4 minute walk. Yet the urbanisation is quite secluded, private and secure - excellent for a family, especially for the kids!

Javea is a beautiful 'jewel' with fantastic beaches, walks, restaurants & bars,set against the backdrop of the wonderful Montgo Mountain.

Javea is broadly split into 3 main parts - the Arenal beach, the Port area and the Old Town. The Arenal has a wide sweep of white sand alongside a promenade of restaurants and shops. The beach has facilities for children and in summer you can hire dinghies, jet skis etc. for your enjoyment.

Between the Arenal at the south end of the town and the Port at the north end is a long, rocky beach which is ideal for a gentle stroll or a cycle ride. In the summer there are cocktail bars along this part of Javea.

The Port has a large marina and is a typical Spanish fishing port, surrounded by beautiful, pebbled beaches. In the evenings you can purchase your own fresh fish from the stalls.

The historic Old Town is set back from the Port and is filled with old, cobbled streets - a typical Spanish town. There are many excellent restaurants and bars and a market is held each week on Thursdays.

There is lots to do and see around Javea and has plenty of golfing facilities close to the town.

Javea is an impressive, beautiful and unspoilt holiday location, a 'hidden' gem.

Great Location – Great Value

We stayed for a week mid-September 2017. The apartment is in a great location. It’s just a short – and very pleasant walk – to the Arenal beach. There are some excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Eating out was a real pleasure, whether it was for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach area is very nice and then there’s Javea Port just a bit further along the coast. The old town is worth finding too. We used the pool every day for a quick dip to cool down. The apartment was clean, well equipped and in a quiet spot. We had a car but you could enjoy a holiday here without one. There’s a good wifi connection.

The owner, Pete, was very helpful and great to deal with. We’d certainly stay there again.

Great location, and apartment.

Stayed at this apartment in August 2015. Great location, clean and well equipped. Javea is a lovely place, bit of a hidden gem! Lots of restaurants and bars. Great area for children, beach is great which is just a 5 minute walk away. The owner, Pete, was easy to deal with and we have booked to come back again in October 2016.

well equiped apartment, wonderful location

We enjoyed a wonderful 7 night stay in Javea in this lovely 3 bedroom apartment. All the dealings we had with Pete beforehand our stay were kind and professional.

The apartment is situated near Playa del Arenal, and it is a 15 minute walk to the Beach and all the restaurants. For those who like walking, Javea Port is a further 30/40 minute stroll along the coastline, with plenty of places to stop for a drink or have something to eat.

The apartment is located in a very quiet place.

We hope to come back next year.

Klasse Gesamtpaket / great complete package

Ich gebe die Bewertung zweisprachig ab (deutsch, englisch), da ich immer noch begeistert bin vom Gesamtpaket der Wohnung:

# Lage großartig, Laufnähe zum Strand

# Wohnung sehr sauber

# Geschirr sehr sauber (ist nicht selbstverständlich, hab schon viel erlebt)

# Betten/Matratzen sehr gut

# Balkon klasse

# sehr ruhig gelegen

# Pool gepflegt

Ich war mit Familie (3 Kinder) zu Gast und würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

I give this rating in german and in english, cause I´m still fond of the complete package of the apartment:
