The holiday home is Norai 18 is located in a quiet on the outskirts of Cala Ratjada place, less than 100m from the sea and 200m from the beach of Son Moll and Sa Preduscada. 10 minutes from the resort and fishing port of Cala Ratjada and 2 km from the medieval center of Capdepera.

The living room has a large sofa with large windows, fireplace and heating services plus TV / Satellite Radio and TV / digital terrestrial radio, telephone with free local calls and wireless.

The villa has a living room with a large window overlooking the garden, heating and is equipped with crockery, glassware and cutlery for 6 people.

The house was renovated and developed as a vacation home in the

2013, with new and modern furniture.

It has 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning and heating and two bathrooms, one completely new with shower and one bathroom with bidet and bath with shower. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobe with drawers, hangers and loft trunk. Rooms overlook and / or access to the garden.

The kitchen, with access to the garden, is fully equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. It also has laundry with washing and drying.

The house has a covered terrace with gazebo, terraces and swimming pool surrounded by garden with fruit and ornamental trees and grass.

The holiday home is less than 100m from the sea, where you can sunbathe

and bathe in places reserved near the small Cala Sa Preduscada and 200m from the beach of Son Moll, 2km from the village and medieval castle of Capdepera and other beaches and coves like Cala Agulla, Cala Gat, Cala Mesquida and Es Carregador. Less than 10Km are 4 golf courses with 18 holes: Capdepera Golf,

Canyamel Golf, Pula Golf and Son Servera Golf.

The area offers endless possibilities for all kinds of sports

water, diving, kayaking, sailing, water skiing, etc, and a prime location for hiking and cycling activities.

There is also ample opportunity for cultural visits: Castle

Capdepera, Caves of Arta, Gardens Cega Torre, Torre de Canyamel, Arta and

the Talayotic settlement of Ses Païsses.
