Can Bet offers guests, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main finca and a further 2 bedrooms and bathrooms in the garden apartment) Ideal for large families or family/friends sharing. The surrounding walled gardens provide a tranquil oasis of palms, and flowering shrubs, on the edge of the forest. There is a pleasant covered seating area outside adjacent to the pool, where the guests can shade from the heat in the day, or dine in the evenings with the glows from pool lights and coloured garden lighting which light up the array of sub- tropical trees and plants. The magical Ibezan geckos will usually make an appearence after dusk and keep you company, and the birds will give you a gentle wake up call in morning.

This property is maintained to a very high standard, there's even drinking water on tap (amazing for Ibiza) and located in a very peaceful and safe area. Dean, the house manager, is on hand around the clock to assist as necessary. Cleaning and gardening days can be arranged to suit the guests, and additional services can be arranged by Dean.

Although the location is peaceful and off the beaten track, it is within short walking distance to Cala Llonga, and short driving distances to Ibiza City and Santa Eularia - 10 minutes by car, or by using the regular bus services from Cala Llonga. Cala Llonga and Amante Beach Club is within 15 minutes walk.

The setting of the villa and location, make it the prefect, relaxed and peaceful get-away, benefiting from seclusion, tranquility and being decadently furnished, but also comes with all modern comforts and fully air-conditioned throughout.

The location of Can Bet in a forested area, gave the feeling of seclusion, yet was within a 10 minute walk (2 min drive) of a beautiful sandy beach, restaurants, bars, scuba diving school, taxi and sea ferry services up and down the coast to other towns and resorts . Access from the airport was very simple (a 20 minutes drive) and it was placed between the two major towns on the island; Ibiza Town (10 min drive) and Santa Eularia (6 min drive), this ensured that a very wide choice of restaurants and entertainment was easily accessible. There are no adjoining neighbours and the property is walled and fenced. Once you entered the property the stunning gardens which surrounded the property offer a haven of tranquility and calm. With the surrounding hills and nature as a back-drop to the finca, I am sure you will immediately feel relaxed and will experience the 'true Ibiza' feel.

Can Bet is situated halfway up Ibiza on the eastern side of the island 500 meters off the PMV-810-1 which runs from Ibiza Town (12km South) to Santa Eularia (8km north) and is within a 10 minute walk down a gentle slopping track (which can be driven) to Cala Llonga, a popular family resort by the sea with a wide sandy beach. The finca boarders the southern edge of Roca Llisa golf course and sits in the forest. From the totally enclosed gardens which surround the finca views of the hilltops can be observed. The 150 year old finca offers guests privacy and seclusion within the beautiful landscaped gardens that surround the property, yet on the edge of all the amenities Cala Llonga has to offer. Santa Eularia is a 10 min drive north and Ibiza Town a 15 min drive south along the PMV-810-1. Cala Llonga offers a variety of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The wide sandy beach is particularly popular with families as the beach graduates gently into the sea creating a safer environment for younger children. Scuba courses are also available on the beach, and a regular boat ferry service is available throughout the summer taking guests both up and down the coast to Ibiza Town, Santa Eularia, Es Canar (The Hippy Market). Whilst buses also offer a regular services to the aforementioned towns, a car is recommended for guests staying at this property.
