Located close to the many bars and restaurants (but importantly not above or adjacent) the apartment affords the quietest position within the development, whilst everything being within a 100m level walk. Only 20m from the Royal William Yard Bakery for a perfect start to the day.

A contemporary bathroom with separate bath and shower. Enjoy a bath overlooking the Plymouth skyline.

Unusually for this development this apartment offers a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy outside dining and provide large amounts of light to the main living space within the apartment.

Furnished and equipped to a very high standard Relax is a great place to unwind. The property includes a fully fitted kitchen of the highest quality including coffee maker, grinder, and comprehensive cooking equipment. The Royal William Yard Ferry travels between the RWY Marina and the Barbican. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and is a great way to see Plymouth Hoe from the sea. The price for a one-way trip is £3 for adults and £1.50 for children. There is no need to book and the fare can be paid on board

The ferry leaves on the hour between 10am and 4pm (6pm on weekends).

This is my family apartment that we have bought to enjoy staying in the heart of Devon. We love Plymouth and in particular the Royal William Yard. We are proud of the apartment and love the way the beautiful buildings are a great mix of the modern and old.

Why Mr Jamie Buckle chose Plymouth

Plymouth is a personal favourite of my wife and I we knew the Royal William Yard when it was a derelict abandoned yard. We love the development and how it has saved this historical treasure and turned it in to a great place to relax and enjoy great food.

What makes this apartment unique

Enjoy the Royal William Yard, but not in an apartment that is subject to late night noise of the surrounding bars and restaurants. Within 30m of the Bakery a personal favourite way to start the day with a cup of coffee and pastry from Clive and his team.

Gorgeous Royal William Yard

We stayed in this Royal Yard apartment in mid-April for the Plymouth Half Marathon. There were several excellent restaurants right outside our door, to include a sumptuous rustic breakfast at the Bakery. The apartment had everything we needed, to include a beautiful view of the harbor. Highly recommended.

Wir haben die schöne Wohnung zu zweit für 10 Tage gemietet und von dort aus tägliche Ausflüge mit Bus, Bahn, und Boot unternommen. Wir schätzten die ruhige Lage mit den ausgezeichneten Restaurants und der Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Speziell war die naheliegende Bäckerei mit ihrem ausgezeichneten Brot-, Käse- und Marmeladengebot für unser Frühstück. Gerne buchen wir die Wohnung wieder, falls wir in der Gegend wieder einmal Ferien machen!

The flat was so wonderful . A beautiful view over the haurbour .All the people were so friendly and helpfull. Only the parking was expensive .Thankyou for a wonderful time in Plymouth. Greetings from Germany😀�
