Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, in the cosmopolitan Queensway area.

The apartment itself is awash with sunlight and quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet "cul de sac" and trees lined gardens, ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, spacious living room featuring two sofas, ( one of them is a sofa-bed ), well appointed open plan kitchen, entrance hall and a modern bathroom.

The bedroom can accommodate two guests and the sofa bed in the living room may be used by two extra guests ( ideally children or teenagers ) if needed.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as the renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines of the London Underground network respectively, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition the property features lift, an impresive SONY 50" Smart TV with access to over 2.000 films via Netflix App., superfast WIRELESS internet access, fire alarm, entryphone and CCTV in all communal areas.

Delightful apartment in great location

This apartment was perfect for our 1-week stay in London. First of all, the owner Rafael was terrific: responsive, helpful, and easily-reached. We had everything we needed right there, and if anything came up he or his assistant addressed it immediately. Second, the location is ideal, located between the Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. So whether the circle/district lines or the center line was the best choice, they all were just a few steps away. The district itself and Queensway in particular are packed with all sorts of restaurants and shops of every description, and all of this just to the north of Kensington Gardens, a vast urban park. We would definitely consider it for another stay in London.

Perfect

Stayed 6 nights in this apartment. Perfect for our needs this apartment was very clean spacious and well equipped in a great location. The bedroom was large with plenty of cupboard space. Rafael was very helpful with emails prior to our arrival providing information on check in and local information making all aspects of our stay a pleasure. His response to our emails with any questions we had were answered promptly giving us complete confidence that we'd made a good choice, Thank you Rafael. Would definitely recommend this property and would have no hesitation to stay here again.

Ummm. Perfect

After traveling for a week prior to visiting London, we were ready to relax a little. This flat was perfect. Furnishing were comfortable, the bed was great, and Rafael and Dolly were responsive and timely. We used Rafael’s printed suggestions for everything from restaurants to tube stations and were not disappointed.

Well decorated, nicely functional & well stocked

Great location easy access within 5 mins from tube, in a great central Hyde Park location, beautifully located minutes from Hyde Park walk.

Very functional layout nice and roomy.

Very much like the kitchen stocked with all the tools needed and really appreciated the stocked Nespresso coffee.

The host was very informative, he was great to work with when figuring out arrival and departures and informative about the area.

Within less than 5 mins to a great luxury theatre, tons of restaurants. And 8 mins to my favorite Pub the Swan. But I was happy to find another friendly pub across from the Mall less than 5 away.
