Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, in the cosmopolitan Queensway area.

The apartment itself is awash with sunlight and quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet "cul de sac" and trees lined gardens, ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, spacious living room featuring two sofas, ( one of them is a sofa-bed ), well appointed open plan kitchen, entrance hall and a modern bathroom.

The bedroom can accommodate two guests and the sofa bed in the living room may be used by two extra guests ( ideally children or teenagers ) if needed.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as the renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines of the London Underground network respectively, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition the property features lift, an impresive SONY 50" Smart TV with access to over 2.000 films via Netflix App., superfast WIRELESS internet access, fire alarm, entryphone and CCTV in all communal areas.

Great apartment, great location!

We stayed in London for a Spring Break trip. Our party included two adults and one child. We found the apartment to be perfect for our needs. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the apartment was really spectacular. Right off the Queensway Road, we had easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was steps from the Bayswater tube stop, and a brief walk from the Queensway stop, which gave you great access to two different tube lines that helped us cross the city with ease. At the end of the block is also Hyde Park, and it was a pleasant stroll down to Kensington Palace.

Rafael was fantastic about providing information about the apartment and the location, as well as travel information. Dolly, who helped us get into the apartment, was very helpful as well.

The apartment was bright and clean and beautifully decorated and we would most definitely recommend this apartment to others and hope to return to stay in it again soon.

We were greatly impressed with the owner of this apartment and his approach to hosting. Rafael is a very helpful host who really cares for his guests and provides beforehand not only excellent information on the apartment but also on the surrounding area and on the whole of London, going the extra mile with personal suggestions on restaurants and so on. A wonderful way to visit London

My wife and I stayed in this flat for a week. In our opinion it is the perfect place from which to visit London. Rafael was flawless in his help before, during, and after the stay. The flat was just as pictured and well equipped. The thing that was priceless was that it is situated next to two different tube stations. If you plan to use the tube (which you should) it made getting anywhere in London a snap. It is also right next to Hyde park which is wonderful especially if you are a runner. The street where it is located is busy with restaurants and probably not for everyone although it felt safe to us even late into the evening. Another thing that was perfect about the flat was that it was located in the back of the building and was very quiet. We slept with the windows open each night. There are grocery stores almost next door which we found incredibly convenient. I like to be completely honest in my reviews on VRBO so will mention the only problem we had with the place. The bathroom was extremely nice, but the shower was very difficult to get into and out of due to the layout. Other than that the flat was perfect. Buy an Oyster card and you are perfectly located to experience London from this flat.

Il tempo trascorso in questo appartamento è stato meraviglioso ... ho sentito come un londinese che vive in questa parte molto singolare e diversificata del centro di Londra, quale posizione invidiabile! Negozi e ristoranti in abbondanza, imponenti collegamenti di trasporto a portata di mano e Hyde Park alla fine della strada a cima di tutto ... non avrei dubitare di nuovo se l'occasione è sorta che mi auguro molto ...! Ideal base for my partner and myself
