Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, in the cosmopolitan Queensway area.

The apartment itself is awash with sunlight and quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet "cul de sac" and trees lined gardens, ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, spacious living room featuring two sofas, ( one of them is a sofa-bed ), well appointed open plan kitchen, entrance hall and a modern bathroom.

The bedroom can accommodate two guests and the sofa bed in the living room may be used by two extra guests ( ideally children or teenagers ) if needed.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as the renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines of the London Underground network respectively, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition the property features lift, an impresive SONY 50" Smart TV with access to over 2.000 films via Netflix App., superfast WIRELESS internet access, fire alarm, entryphone and CCTV in all communal areas.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable. Any questions or concerns were handled promptly. Nice central location with two tube line stops within blocks of the apartment. Quiet at night. The apartment was well supplied with everything we needed.

A fantastic though short stay!

Only three nights at this apartment was not enough! We wish we had been able to stay longer but availability was limited and NO wonder, as this is an amazing property and it makes for an excellent choice for sightseeing. Rafael was super kind and attentive offering us an early check in as well as a late check out. Appreciated! Gary and Elena S.

excellent location and perfect place to stay

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a week of visiting London. With its full kitchen we were able to eat breakfast in everyday and brought take out home a few nights. Being within a block of Bayswater station was excellent as we used the Subway for all of our travel. There were also many restaurants and amenities close by. AND you are within a short walk to Hyde Park, which we enjoyed during the beautiful weather we had. Rafael was a wonderful host and provided us with everything we needed to know about the apartment and it's location and made us feel very much at home.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

My sister and I stayed in this apartment for just over a week this past spring. As we weren't familiar with all of the different neighbourhoods in London, we decided to pick Bayswater due to its proximity to both the Queensway & Bayswater tube stations. This proved to be an excellent decision. The apartment was easy to locate, private, clean, quiet and very bright. To top it all off, both Rafael and his assistant Dolly were a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location!

Raphael's apartment is just perfect for a couple's getaway. And Dolly had everything ready for us when we arrived. Their combined efforts make for a lovely visit to London's beautiful parks--and we take credit for bringing the clear blue skies with us, only one day with rain. We even shed the coats we brought! It was a delightful sweatshirt weather week.

The apartment itself epitomizes the three C's we look for--clean, comfortable, and convenient. Absolutely everything we needed at our fingertips from the traditional kitchen needs to the toiletries in the bath to the towels to the wonderful queen-sized bed to the QUIET!

Thanks for making everything so easy and perfect for us native South Carolinians.
