Spacious one bedroom apartment offering accommodation for up to four guests, within an elegant 30's building served by two lifts, in the cosmopolitan Queensway area.

The apartment itself is awash with sunlight and quietly tucked away to the back of the building, overlooking a quiet "cul de sac" and trees lined gardens, ensuring peace and tranquility despite the vibrant location.

The building is located only yards away from worldwide known Hyde Park and Kensington Palace, residence of the late Princess of Wales, whose state apartments may be visited and currently home to the Dukes of Cambridge.

It offers 55 Sqr/mts of contemporary living space and comprises of one double bedroom, spacious living room featuring two sofas, ( one of them is a sofa-bed ), well appointed open plan kitchen, entrance hall and a modern bathroom.

The bedroom can accommodate two guests and the sofa bed in the living room may be used by two extra guests ( ideally children or teenagers ) if needed.

Our fantastic location will allow you walking access to famous Portobello Market and via a short stroll through Hyde Park, to other several London landmarks such as the renowned Royal Albert Hall and a variety of museums, Science, Natural History and Victoria and Albert to name but a few, all unmissable during your stay in our wonderful city.

All other London attractions and landmarks are at your fingertips thanks to the proximity to two Underground stations: Queensway and Bayswater, serving the Central and Circle lines of the London Underground network respectively, and both located 100 metres away from the property.

Should you prefer travelling by bus, a bus stop served by an abundance of lines is located even closer to the property.

In addition the property features lift, an impresive SONY 50" Smart TV with access to over 2.000 films via Netflix App., superfast WIRELESS internet access, fire alarm, entryphone and CCTV in all communal areas.

In summary, with equipment and location, this apartment offer you the same standards of a luxury hotel in the area at a fraction of the cost.

We loved this apartment from the word go...

My best friend booked this apartment for our holiday in London and her choice couldn't have been better. Beautiful property, bang on between two underground stations serving three different underground lines, it's location allowed us to squeeze all landmarks in our nine days sightseeing. Additionally, if you fly in or out of Heathrow airport, look no further, the Heathrow Express train from nearby Paddington station will take you there in 15 minutes...Perfect! Nicole and Danielle.

Excellent apartment for the price!

This apartment is in a great location--a stone's throw from Hyde Park and just a couple of minutes from either Queensway or Bayswater Tube Stations, providing easy access to three different lines. The apartment is as described, and Rafael is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The only hiccup was that the TV in the bedroom is on an aerial only and we had difficulty positioning the aerial to get reception. The TV in the living room worked great, though, and this was an excellent home base for our family of four.

Very good location and facilities, great host.

We had a very good nine nights stay in this apartment. Set right in the middle of a vibrant neighbourhood the property is incredibly quiet. Stylishly decorated, offering a very comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen. Rafael was a very efficient and kind host who offered all the help we needed before and during our stay. Joan K

Great apartment for a great holiday.

This apartment really felt like home from home, cosy, elegant, and incredibly well positioned between two underground station...SO close to Hyde Park, that we ventured into the park nearly every day for a stroll, which together with the Netflix account provided on the Smart TV made us feel so at home...Thank you for a great stay! Great Apartment and Location

This apartment is better then advertised for the price in London. Very large open living area with a great alcove kitchen. Very comfortable furniture and large screen TV. The Netflix was a plus. Cooked several meals in a well equipped kitchen. The bedroom was huge with a great bed. The built-in closets were great. Large windows with a sunset view. Very quite being on the back end of the building. A large elevator was good to have.

The location and neighborhood was idea. The area is a safe multi-cultural neighborhood with a very active street life. Enjoyed several of the local restaurants and Pub's. There are two grocery stores within one and two blocks of the apartment. The Bayswater Underground station got us to the great attractions in London, and to the train station for a ride to Stonehenge and to the Eurostar train station. Get an Oyster Pass. We also enjoyed a walk to Notting Hill to one of the largest street markets.

Rafael, the property owner, was a real joy to work with. He got us into the apartment early to accommodate our early flight arrival. Let us know of work on the outside of the apartment building. He also provided helpful information on how to find the apartment, and best local shopping and restaurants. We will considering renting this unit again.

Comfortable and Convenient

A great place to stay in London. The apartment is very comfortable, has a well equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer, comfortable bed, good shower, and is in a quiet location, although close to all London has to offer. Walking distance to many attractions including Hyde Park, Kensington, V&A Museum, Albert Hall, Notting Hill, Buckingham Palace, and even Westminster if you enjoy walking. Alternatively you have the option of two tube stations close by which will take you anywhere in central London and beyond. Many grocery stores steps away, along with a large choice of restaurants and pubs. Paddington Station is a short cab ride away which is convenient if you are flying in/out of Heathrow. Dealing with Rafael made the experience even better. Prompt in his replies, courteous and old fashioned hospitality. Would not think twice about booking again, or any other properties Rafael has to offer.
