Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with sea and pool views

Located on the very popular and well-kept complex Victoria Court II, no hills to climb just a few steps up to the bright, airy and spacious apartment with beautiful sea view and sunny south facing balcony. Redecorated throughout, the bedroom which has pool and mountain views has twin beds with floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes with a built in safe, plenty of drawer space with a chest of drawers with large mirror, 2 bedside cabinets both with drawers, bedside lamp and a ceiling fan. There is also a travel cot available on request. Bathroom has sink with overhead illuminated mirror, vanity unit, toilet and large walk in double shower, bathroom stool and hairdryer. Open plan lounge has chaise lounge settee which is also a double sofa bed, coffee table and side tables, flat screen tv with english channels, dvd player, cd & radio and south facing sunny balcony with table, 4 chairs ,2 adjustable sunloungers with cushions, clothes dryer and retractable sun blind. American style fully fitted kitchen, with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, 3ring ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, and even a shopping trolley. All cutlery, cooking utensils, linen and bath and hand towels also provided. Extra large pool towels can also be provided at an additional cost of £4 each per week. Large shared heated pool & children's pool with plenty of sun beds and parasols. Sun beds are charged at £2 per day. We also provide a large selection of books, dvds, cds and games and are happy to provide welcome packs at an additional charge, although there is complimentary tea, coffee, milk and water on your arrival. We can also organise any special requests if you are celebrating a special occasion. La Rendez-vous is the pool bar/restaurant on site which is open from 12 noon to11pm serving meals and drinks. Happy hour 4-6pm. Take-away menu also available and TV showing all your Sky Sports and a pool table. Wifi is also available in the bar and also available in the apartment at a small additional cost and also golf clubs are available to hire.

Excellent Apartment

stayed in this fanatastic apartment for two glorious weeks. On arrival we were met by the lovely owner Carol who showed us around and answered any questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped to make our stay comfortable. Would recommend this place to anyone. Will be visiting again in the future.

Great wee apartment, would recommend.

Stayed here for a week in May. Apartment was clean, modern and had everything we needed. Great location, within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Only downside as others have mentioned is the lack of air conditioning apart from ceiling fan in bedroom, was ok for May but not sure how you'd survive in the summer. Would defo recommend this property and would use again.

Sunday and Tuesday market 3 mins walk, and very close to the seafront with lovely sandy beaches and a short walk along the promenade to the harbour where you can take boat or catamaran trips out to see the pilot whales and dolphins in their natural habitat or take the 45min ferry over to our neighbouring island, La Gomera for a day trip. There are also lots of water sports and sea fishing available too. There are numerous shops,bars and restaurants that cater for everyone's taste within easy walking distance of the apartment and also only 5 minutes walk away are three large supermarkets. The main bus station is 10 mins walk if you want to venture round the island and do some sightseeing and there are lots of island tours and excursions to enjoy especially the breathtaking views of the National Park of Teide which is a world heritage site by UNESCO. It is the most visited park in Europe and second in the world. You can take the cable car up to the top of the volcano at over 2000metres above the clouds, or visit at night and see the thousands of stars with an experienced astronomer showing you the constellations, planets and your own birth sign. Only 10 minutes away you have the very famous Siam Park the largest water park in the world and also if you like shopping there is Siam Mall, the swish commercial centre with over 77 shops and 17 restaurants with different specialities and large open terraces. A free bus service is available for both Siam Park and Siam Mall and also other attractions such as Aqualand and Jungle Park. Monkey Park is also close by. If you are hiring a car there are so many lovely little spanish villages to explore on the island and if you are visiting the north of the island you have the famous Loro Parque near Puerto de la Cruz. For the evenings there is so much choice from live music, karaoke, Medieval Night, Showtime, cabarets and tribute acts but if you prefer something a little more chilled there are some lovely places overlooking the ocean where you can enjoy a cocktail and watch the glorious sunset.
