Apartment Ria View is an amazing 2 bedroom apartment situated within a pleasant small complex of apartments and villas. The complex has a wonderful swimming pool with plenty of sun terraces with sun loungers for your use situated over two levels. the lower level has a large gentle sloping pool with roman step so preface for you families. the upper level has a plunge style infinity pool, perfect for relaxing and taking in the wonderful sea views across to Fuseta island. There is plenty of parking and spacious gardens and outside space.

Apartment Ria View is situated at 2nd floor level with a huge front terrace offering a table chairs and some loungers, perfect for al fresco dining or simply relaxing in the Algarve sunshine.

Upon entering the apartment it is well designed with an open plan feel. The two sofas surround a flat screen television and also look out onto the terrace. There is a dining table to seat 4 and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine,, fridge freezer, built in oven and hob along with a microwave, kettle toaster and much more.

The bedrooms are set out as a large double bed with an ensuite shower room, air conditioning and french style windows offering light and comfort. The second bedroom is laid out as a twin room again with air conditioning, french windows and plenty of wardrobe space. A separate bathroom offers a full size bath, overhead shower, toilet, bidet and basin.

A spiral stair case takes you up to the huge roof terrace where the views are simply stunning and you will find sun loungers and a table and chairs to enjoy the private space. Her you will also find a private hot tub to add that little bit of luxury to your holiday.

We specialise is quality holiday homes and offer a personal service and wherever possible will tailor your holiday to suit your needs.We meet you on arrival day and will be available during your stay.

Before arrival we will send you meeting arrangements, directions and some local information. At the apartment you will also find a welcome book packed full of information about the East Algarve.

Upon arrival one for the friendly MarsAlgarve Team will meet you and help you with anything you may need to make your holiday a pleasant one.

Tremendous value for money

We've rented property in either the Algarve or Spain for almost 20 years and the facilities at our apartment were the best we've ever had. Although Fuseta would not be classed as a tourist resort, there were more than enough restaurants for us and it is close to Tavira and other towns.

Lovely apartment, fabulous view

This apartment is spacious and very well equipped. It's got a really nice layout, all very clean, bright and comfortable and everything you could want in a holiday apartment. The absolute winning feature though is the view across the river and beyond to the sea - whether from the roof terrace, balcony or even just sitting on the sofa we never tired of looking at it! The hot tub was a lovely 'extra' but it is worth noting that the stairs up to the roof are very steep (we found it easiest to treat them like a ladder and come down backwards). The complex itself was quiet (main noise was bird song) and the pool area was very nice with plenty of sun beds etc. There was plenty of parking and the apartment is well positioned with a short walk to cafes and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would very happily return again.

The village of Fuseta is a wonderful old fishing Village with plenty of sea charm and a wonderful place to relax and mingle with the locals. The beaches are simply stunning with Fuseta Island being my beach of choice boasting miles of golden sand lapped by crystal blue waters. A short boat ride across the lagoon will get you to the island and near the boat stop the beach is bustling with things to do and a couple of bars for drinks and small snacks. Take a short walk and feel like you are on a desert island. There is also a small beach on the lagoon.

There is no need to hire a car but if you do then surrounding Fuseta there are plenty of activities and wonderful places to visit.

The old Roman City of Tavira is beautiful offering a wonderful selection of pavement cafes, just perfect for a coffee a glass of chilled wine or an ice cold beer whilst watching the world go by.

Why not take the time to explore the interesting fishing port of Olhao. A wonderful place full of character and the most amazing daily markets. Although I like Saturdays the best as the farmers come down from the hills, set up their stalls around the market and sell their fresh produce. A boat ride from Olhao is also a must with the chance of catching sight of some wonderful wildlife and amazing scenery and islands.

Within a 30 minute drive any family parks are accessible including waterparks, crazy golf, Zoomarine and plenty of other attractions.

The East Algarve also has some wonderful golf courses at some very attractive prices as compared to the West.

The holiday price includes a mid stay linen change every 7 days for stays of 14 nights or more.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels along with beach/pool towels are provided within the holiday cost.

WIFI is included but may incur an extra charge please confirm that WIFI is included within the cost of your holiday.

We operate a strict arrival and departure time limit especailly during the summer months. Arrival is after 1600 and departure is before 1000. For arrivals we are happy to meet you at the property after 1000 to drop baggage etc but then entry can not be gained until after 1600 to allow the cleaners to prepare the property to the exceptionally high standard that we at Mars Algarve pride ourselves upon. Departure is strictly before 1000 and failure to depart on time without prior arrangment will result in a financial charge.
Upon arrival you will be met by one of the very helpful Mars Algarve Team they will hand over the keys to your holiday home and take the time to show you the property and tell you about any local information and answer any questions you may have. The Mars Algarve team will then be on hand during your holiday for any issues that may arise.
Within the property you will find a blue folder stuffed full of information, our local contact details, local maps and plenty of restaurant recommends and much more.
