This brand new, spacious, 1 bedroom apartment, is located in a brand new block of self-catering holiday apartments and penthouses just 150m from the seafront promenade of Bugibba, St Paul’s Bay. Malta’s best beaches are very close by!

Good though fairly basic apartment. Enjoyed our stay there.
The apartment was clean and tidily decorated. Two decent sized bedrooms each with a balcony towards the back though not a great view from them due to neighbouring building work currently. A good view from the front balcony over the bay with entertainment from the local biker cafe. Small bathroom with decent shower. Kitchen area doubled as lounge with TV and sofa, just a bit basic if there were four people and you planned spending time indoors.
A generally quiet area with a few good restaurants. Some interesting walks including The Heritage Trail. A good bus service gives easy access to most of the island.
Very happy with our hosts Neville and Ruth, arranged taxi to and from airport, kept us well informed throughout.
Overall enjoyed our stay good value for money would certainly recommend.

Fantastic sea views!
This is a spacious & well equipped apartment in a great location.
5 minutes walk to the promenade, a few small supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.
There is a small balcony and a large balcony. The large one has table, chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ. We loved the large balcony for the fabulous sea views during the day and watching the sunset in the evenings. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing.
We bought a 7 day bus ticket for €21 each which you can use all over the island and Gozo. Great value for money. There are plenty of bus stops within walking distance and the Malta bus service is brilliant!
The service from the owner was excellent from start to finish. Communication was good by email before we arrived and on Whatsapp while we there.
We took the transport from and to the airport, offered by the owner -
€50 euros for 2 people - and all went smoothly.
We were also met on arrival by a lovely girl who explained about the apartment and about some places to visit in Malta.
I only have a couple of small negative Comments - It was a bit noisy early in the morning because there is some building work going on next door. Didn't bother us too much as we are early risers but if you want a lie in on holiday it may be a problem. They finished early though and it didn't affect our relaxation in the afternoons or evenings. The owner did say they have tried to get them not to start too early but I suppose they have to work when it's not too hot. Also I think maybe it shouldn't continue to be described as brand new, because it's not anymore, but it is still a great place to stay.
I would recommend this apartment for the fantastic views, location, and the fact it is better equipped than any other holiday apartment we have stayed in. The great service from the owners also helped to ensure we had a very good time in Malta.

Beautiful flat with two balconies and great view!
We had a wonderful stay in the penthouse for a long weekend - great location only a few minutes from the water, great view overlooking the ocean and promenade, Neville and Ruth were very nice and even left us some bread, cheese, and ham for sandwiches! Would absolutely recommend for a lovely weekend away and look forward to staying there again!

Schönes Apartement mit toller Aussicht
Das Apartement von Ruth und Neville ist groß und hell und sachlich eingerichtet. Es ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Es gibt eine richtig große Terrasse zum Osten und eine kleine zum Westen. In den wärmeren Monaten kann man dort morgens und abends gut sitzen oder auch in der Sonne liegen. (2 Sonnenliegen) Im November scheint die Sonne leider nicht so oft, es kann auch schon mal den ganzen Tag regnen. Dann ist alles etwas klamm und man muss heizen, damit z.B. die Handtücher trocknen. Ein Radiator (mit Gasflasche) sorgt für Wärme.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen Gas-Herd mit Backofen und genügend Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr.
Das Wasser in der Dusche war immer heiß (Elektro-Boiler), aber der Duschvorhang hält nicht ganz dicht. Unsere Kommunikation mit Mrs. Galea funktionierte wunderbar über WhatsApp :) Probleme wurden sofort von der Angestellten "Stef" (superfreundlich!) behoben.

Wenn das Wetter sonnig und trocken ist und man bis spät abends die Terrassen nutzen kann, vielleicht auch mal draußen grillen (Gas-Grill vorhanden), dann ist das Apartement SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN! Tagsüber war es draußen oft wärmer, als im Apartement - aber so ist es eben im November.

Excellent location, stunning views
We very much enjoyed our stay in the Seashells penthouse in Bugibba. The apartment has a fantastic location, is equipped with everything you need for your holiday, and the views from the balcony are stunning. Neville and Ruth took great care to answer all our questions before arrival. We really liked the fact that there were two balconies, one of them large enough for sun beds and a large table. It was the perfect place from which to watch the sunset!

Bugibba is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The flat is located in a quiet area, just 150 mt from the promenade, where a nice rocky beach is ideal for jumping into the sea.
Bugibba has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. There one might find more bars, restaurants (also McDonalds and Pizza hut), diving and water sport centres. Ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo leaves from the Bugibba Jetty (just 300 meters away from the flat).
The flat is also close to the best sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay (15 minutes by bus). In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located on the promenade down the road.

Water and electricity is INCLUDED in the price with the following limits: water 0.5 cubic meters per person per week electricity 100kwh per apartment per week. These parameters are usually more than enough for the week stay. Any usage over and above the set limits are payable extra. WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge.
