About the property

A 200 sqm chalet on three floors, with garden, terrace, sauna, finely furnished

I rent in Champlas Seguin (Fraction of Cesana Torinese near Sestriere), an ancient unspoilt village and charming, a semi-detached chalet of new construction (2012), immersed in the ski slopes of the Milky Way, directly accessible from the house by skies.

The chalet is on three levels with a total floor area of ​​over 200 square meters plus a large terrace, an external sauna, a private garden and a parking space for exclusive use.

The property comprises, on the ground floor, a large living room with a 2 mt. long table, fire place, balcony and terrace, a large double bedroom (with a double bed and a small single bed), a bathroom with a jacuzzi, full kitchen with all appliances (oven, dishwasher, gas hob, fridge, freezer, blender, microwave, electric juicer, a Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso cappuccino accessory) with direct access to terrace and BBQ .

The upper floor, with its beautiful exposed beams, consists of three bedrooms (one double and two twins) and two baths. Extra foldable cribs and high chairs are available for children.

The basement, with direct access to the garden and the sauna, has a second large living room furnished with a second 2 mt. long dining table, TV, large DVD library, two sofas, a utility room and a large bathroom.

The garden is furnished with a large table, long-chairs, umbrella, various chairs and Weber BBQ.

The villa is in energy class B and has been restored to new with the use of the best technologies, the choice of insulating materials, with underfloor heating, the system of complete home automation and perfectly controllable remotely.

All floors are made of oak, including the bathrooms and kitchen.

The kitchen is brand new, it comes with all appliances of the best brands.

The property is fully and tastefully furnished (including linen and crockery).

About Livia Navone

Our family live and work in Turin, but we always loved our mountain chalet. I am a lawyer and my husband is a manager. We have two kids, a dog and a cat.

My husband enjoy all kind of mountain sport: our basement is full with skis, motobike, mountain bikes and snowshoes.

I am more quiet and I spend my free time with the kids, or taking care of our garden.

From 2010 to 2012, we have finally completely renewed the old chalet thet my husband's father had biult himself during the 60s in Champlas Seguin.

The chalet is today composed of two units, both belonging to us, but completely separated, aach one having its own exclusive garden, terrace and parking place. One unit is used by our family during weekends and holidays. The other unit is dedicated to guests.

Livia Navone purchased this chalet in 1960

What makes this chalet unique

Whoever comes to Champlas Seguin falls in love with the place. Whoever visits our chalet appreciate the work and love we have put in its restoration.

The entrance street to the chalet is closed and therefore no car pass by unless they are coming to visit us. This is perfect to take a sun bath in total privacy and to relax and enjoy the silence. Children may play outside in safety. In summer, you can enjoy the BBQ and eat outside.

The house we rent is very large and has been built to fully enjoy your holidays: there are two tables of two metres each, one at the groud floor (with direct access to the terrace) and one in the basement room (with direct access to the garden), optimal for acccomodating your friends and family, a large new kitchen fully equipped, and four large double bedrooms.

From each window (and from the garden), one enjoy a magnifcent view over the valley and the surrounding mountains.

The nature around thew house is untouched and offers many activities to the sport lovers (and also for those who like to relax in the nature).

It is the perfect place for your holidays with friends and family.

Champlas Seguin is an old mountain village, untouched and full of charm. It is surrounded by the alpine nature (1800 metres on the sea level). From the entire village you can enjoy a spectacular view on the above Susa Valley, and the surroundings mountains up untill France. The village is very small and composed of tipycal mountain shelters (chalets) made of wood and stones. It is the perfect location to relax and enjoy the mountain life and nature. From Champlas you can easily sky to the Sansicario slopes inside the largest Via Lattea ski park (www.vialattea.it) where were held the XX winter olimpic games. In winter as well as in summer you can leave from Champlas to discover a large number of tracks of different lenght to enjoy with mountain bike, motobike or on foot. Our shelter is located at the end of a closed street, therefore no cars pass by. Champlas is a quiet place perfect for children and people who wants to lay back and relax.

Superb accommodation in a lovely, quiet location.

Our family group of 7 (three generations) loved this place. The chalet is warm, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Our two small grandchildren and dog enjoyed being able to play outside safely, away from any traffic. The village of Champlas Seguin is very quiet with stunning scenery, lovely walks and a couple of good restaurants. There are no shops in the village but the quiet location more than made up for this slight inconvenience. Although not on the ski slopes, it is possible to access the extensive lift system on skis from the village, as well as ski home at the end of the day (not beginners). The helpful owner was able to give us guidance on how to do this. We enjoyed this place so much that we have already booked to go back next year!

Great Place !! Friendly and Helpful Owners !!

The owners were very helpful with everything at all times of our stay !! The place is exactly what the description says !! It is very equipped with anything you might need !! Everything is new and in great condition !! The community consist of 2 greats restaurants and has a true local feel. You need a Car for all other amenities….When there is snow it is ski in ski out !! We were 2 couples and one more friend and the place felt empty most of the time but the 4 Toilettes came in really handy in the mornings and after a long day in the mountains !! Great Place can't wait to get back next year !!

Very well equiped house with a lot of space for a big family. Just great !!

We are a big family, 2 parents, 6 children adults and 2 little children. for a big group as we are the house is perfect. Everybody has place to move or to be quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped for that number of persons. The owners have there holiday house next door, if you have a question they are very kind to help if they are there. the house is located in a very very small but authentic old village, you can hear the silence. fot a big family or for 2 little families a perfect location !!

Tolle Unterkunft in einem kleinen Dorf. Sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung.

Ruhige Lage ideal für Selbstversorger, auch dank kompletter Küchenausstattung.

Wir waren mit 4 Motorrädern im September 2016 da.

Von hier aus liegen in jeder Richtung traumhafte Pässe,

teilweise fast vor der Haustür.

Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber.
