Located on a small secure complex with Communal Pool, Play Area and allocated Parking. Las Fuentes beach is only 1 minute away. Close to Local Amenities and Marina where there are several excellent Bars and Restaurants.

Alcossebre centre is within easy walking distance where there are plenty Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Banks and more beaches.

The apartment is on the first floor of Irtamar Complex accessed by stairs or lift. Accomodation comprises:-

About Mike Walsh

I am retired and have lived in Alcossebre full time for 9 years. I am originally from Essex and my wife is from Northumberland. We have moved around quite a bit and the last area we lived in the UK was Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Our house here is nearby the rental apartment in Las Fuentes.

Why Mike Walsh chose Costa Azahar

Having visited Alcossebre several times previously we loved the area and its unspoillt Spanish feel so we bought the apartment for us and our family. After we retired and sold up in the UK we decided to buy a house and rent out the apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

Location of the apartment is ideal being very close to the sea and beach. Because Irtamar complex is next to the sea everything is within comfortable walking distance.The complex gardens and pool are beautifully maintained. Inside the apartment is deceptively large. You can enjoy lovely walks along the promenade to the marina and beyond to Alcosebbre centre and in the other direction to the lighthouse.

Perfect holiday accommodation in ideal location

Superb apartment, suitable for all as in such a perfect location for walking to beach or many bars & restaurants just across the beach on Marina.

The beach that is only a few strides away has both a beach bar and a restaurant, meaning that you never have to venture far unless you want to.

The communal pool was very quiet even in the height of season when we stayed, communal areas were very well kept, clean & tidy. The whole complex has a lovely feel to it with superb sea views from both balcony and pool.

The pool and small play area are at either end of building & again used by us but were much quieter than I had expected to find at this time of year.

I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone, have been visiting Alcossebre for many years and could not imagine finding any more perfectly located accommodation.

Ideal para familias

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y muy bien situado. Dando un paseo se llega al pueblo enseguida y tiene tiendas, bares y restaurantes muy cerca. Por poner un fallo la música del hotel que está enfrente resulta cargante sobre todo el fin de semana que lo alargan hasta más de las 12:00.

De très belles prestations et un cadre magnifique

Copropriété magnifique avec des prestations de qualité ; piscine splendide avec vue sur la mer.

Appartement spacieux et fonctionnel avec la climatisation dans la chambre parentale et terrasse avec vue sur la mer.

Le propriétaire est aussi discret que prévenant.

La plage face à l'appartement est surprenante par ses résurgences mais à 3 kilomètres la plage Romana est splendide avec la mer à 26° !!!

Station balnéaire calme et chique

Alcossebre is a charming unspoilt resort on the Costa Azahar. In the centre and marina there are many bars , restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Pine trees adorn the backdrop of hills and there are many superb blue flag beaches within easy reach. Much of the adjacent countryside is protected natural park. A coastal path through the park leads to Peñiscola with its hilltop castle and old town. A weekly market is held during summer months and year round in other local towns. Budget airlines Easyjet and Ryanair fly to Valencia and Reus.
