This country house with ETV / 5150 license is located in the picturesque Soller Valley just minutes from downtown. 'Sa Muntanya ¨ is an independent house in a garden with flowers and fruit trees, with good access and parking, with a family atmosphere and good views over the valley. Here you can sunbathe by the pool (4m x 7m x 1'90m) or relax under the shade of the porch or its trees. It is a very quiet place and perfect for rest.
Watch the sunset from the terrace or take a night walk to the Plaza. The house has a rustic and bright kitchen and living room. The living room has a large sofa, TV, internet connection (Wi-Fi) and Air Conditioning. There are 3 double bedrooms and two large bathrooms. There is also a cot and high chair. It is ideal for nature lovers looking for peace and tranquility, but close to the town. Car is not necessary. This house is in an ideal location as the start of excursions around the valley to the nearby villages (Biniaraix, Fornalutx, Deià) and very close to a traditional market (agricultural cooperative) where they can stock up on food.

A Great Place and Holiday

We arrived at 11pm due to a delayed flight, but Miquel was cheerfully there to meet us and show us around. Then it was great to wake up in the morning and find that the place is even better than it looks in the photos. So peaceful, amazing views and the lovely pool filled with water from the mountain! Also a real treat to have the elves (Miquel’s Mum and Dad) sneak in before we woke up, clean the pool and leave bread and pastries from time to time 😀 We had a great holiday, thank you Miquel and parents!

Peaceful retreat

A lovely, relaxing, peaceful villa to stay in. We all loved it here, great views of Soller, far enough away to enjoy time to ourselves. We are a family of five adults. The villa has different terraces, which we enjoyed and a super pool. The local donkey and geese, kept us amused. There are chickens too, who gave us breakfast eggs! Miguel was absolutely lovely, meeting us to ensure we had local information, leaving treats to begin our stay. His father also left us bread and pastries a couple of times, he came in to feed the chickens etc early so he didn’t disturb us. To be away from it all, with so much space and spectacular views comes with a twenty minute walk to the centre of Soller and an uphill walk back, but well worth it! Missing the life already! Thank you Miguel.

Stunning family holiday destination

Su Muntanya is so beautiful. Miquel and his family were such kind and helpful hosts, from guiding us in to the property, to leaving pastries, bread and fresh eggs for us twice during our 5 day stay. We are a family of 4 with kids aged 12 and 10 and we all loved the magic of this place. The photographs do not adequately capture its beauty. The views from every window are breathtaking, we had so much fun in the pool and we enjoyed listening to the tinkling bells of the goat herd and the comical donkey. We didn’t want to leave! Just a note for families with younger children, the pool is deep throughout and two of the bedrooms have separate access from main property, but our children loved this! A very special find and we walked in and out of Soller several times. Thank you Miquel.

The house was enchanting, several terraces and surrounded by lemon, orange and Olive trees.

Miquel was the perfect host We found it the perfect house to enjoy staying in, explore Soller and the walks in the area.

Beautiful house in the mountain

Beautiful ,peaceful house for 4 of us to stay in . The pool is excellent and a real treat at the end of a hot day . We barbecued in the outside kitchen which was first class too. We enjoyed the sounds of the donkeys, goats ,sheep and chickens keeping us company during our stay. A great touring location and close enough to Soller centre which is a 15 min walk . Good range of restaurants and shops there - we ate out several times. Port Roller is well worth a visit too as the beaches are well kept and it's perfect for swimming and enjoying the water . Miquel s dad is also a wonderful host dropping off fresh bread,croissants and eggs and is happy to chat to you whatever your Spanish is like . Highly recommend this home .
