Located in a quiet and upmarket Calpe neighbourhood, this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is walking distance to everything, including the beach, local tennis club, shops, and Calpe town centre.

Perfect for families, the apartment occupies the entire second floor of a spacious villa. There’s access to a shared pool, and you can soak up the sun on a large private terrace offering gorgeous views towards the iconic peak of Peñon de Ifach.

The villa is huge, so you’ll have the feeling of being alone. But if you do need anything during your stay, you can pop down to the owner on the ground floor - she’s an elderly local lady who’s always happy to help.

The Inside Space: There’s a laid back Mediterranean vibe to the open living/dining room, with plenty of space to relax and socialise. In the sitting area, casual sofas and large armchairs gather around a flat-screen TV, while French doors lead out to the rooftop terrace.

Behind the sitting area, a wooden dining table offers a spot for family meals or a game of cards with evening drinks. The apartment also has a full kitchen with essential appliances including a gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer.

Ready to crash after a day at the beach? There’s a master bedroom with a double bed that also has access to the terrace. Next door, a second bedroom features a sofa and 2 twin beds - perfect if you’re bringing the kids.

In the fully-tiled bathroom, there's ample room to freshen up with a dual sink vanity and shower/tub combo.

The Outdoor Space: A sprawling private terrace offers a gorgeous view over the rooftops of Calpe and the rugged peak of Peñon de Ifach. Ease back into a lounger and spend the morning relaxing beneath the Spanish sun. Or head downstairs and take a dip in the villa’s shared outdoor pool!

Your private terrace also has a BBQ and a patio table set beneath the shade of a canopy. After a morning at the beach, escape the sun and stroll back for a lazy lunch. In the evenings, serve fresh salads and grilled seafood for dinner, then pour a glass of fruity sangria and watch the lights of Calpe slowly twinkle to life.

The Surrounding Area: The beach, shops, and restaurants are all within a short walk from the apartment, and it’s just a 15-minute stroll to Calpe town centre. Flit between shops, cafés and restaurants, then visit the medieval old town and wander cobbled streets lined with historic buildings and town houses.

For spectacular views of the region, hike or climb to the summit of Peñón de Ifac. Just 7 minutes away by car, this “Gibraltar-like” cliff face soars 332 m above the Mediterranean, and it’s home to a variety of wildlife and rare local plants.

If you’re bringing the kids, there are two theme parks within easy reach. Hurtle down heart-thumping roller coasters at Terra Mitica, or tear down epic water rides at Aqualandia - one of the biggest water parks in Europe. Both destinations are within a 30-minute drive.

Keurig en netjes onderhouden , zwembad wordt om de dag schoongemaakt.

Voor vragen of storing zijn ze altijd bereikbaar.
