Luxurious south facing 2-bedroom top floor apartment with breathtaking views of Kotor, conveniently placed for both the medieval walled town of Kotor and the beautiful historic village of Perast. It is just 15 kilometres from Tivat Airport.
Furnished to a high level, the apartment has one large bedroom with kingsize bed, 2 double wardrobes and plenty of drawers. It is air conditioned and has sliding doors to the balcony. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds with 2 wardrobes. There is an air conditioning unit in the living area which also serves this twin bedroom. The living area has a dining table seating 4 and a seating area with 4 comfy chairs, coffee table, 32" flat screen & dvd player. Large patio doors open out on to a large open balcony - ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and outdoor dining, and which leads onto an interconnecting covered balcony offering welcome shade in the summer. Both balconies have beautiful views over the Bay of Kotor. The kitchen area to the rear has a working bar also taking in the view and modern appliances including touch-control ceramic hob, combo microwave, coffee/expresso machine, sandwich maker and a large fridge freezer.
The apartment is just 3 minutes walk away from the scenic fishing village of Orahavoc with its ribbon of white pebble beaches, beach bars, (high season only), water sport and village store. A local mountain spring ensures the water is beautifully clean - ideal for swimming. Orahovac village boasts a 4 star hotel where guests can eat in high season either in the restaurant or alfresco on the lovely terraces which zig zag down to the water's edge. A new restaurant opened in Autumn 2014 and is just two minutes walk from the apartment. Just outside the village is the renowned Stari Mlini Restaurant - a renovated water mill - a little more expensive but well worth a visit!
There are more cafes & restaurants a little further along in both Perast and Dobrota. Many perched right on the water's edge and serving local dishes, fast foods and drinks.
There are many small supermarkets going towards Kotor and hypermarkets just beyond. Kotor itself has a daily fruit and vegetable market.
Appartement aménagé avec goût et très fontionnel dans un immeuble propre et bien entretenu. L ' équipement notamment pour cuisiner est complet et de qualité. La vue sur la baie de Kotor est magnifique.
Accès très facile à la plage, magasin proche ouvert dès 7 h le matin et tard le soir.
Super vacances, dans un cadre magnifique !
Résidence et appartement très propre. Vue exceptionnelle. Une petite plage à 20 m très agréable. Seul bémol, le bruit de la route très passagère. Un point de départ pour Kotor ou Perast idéal.
