A luxury condo gated with 24 hour security, T3 in a 6th floor with elevators and 2 large terraces with electric awnings, with front and stunning views of the sea and the other to the Wall Gardens, consists of a suite with whirlpool tub, one double bedroom and a bunk room (3 beds), 1 full bathroom with shower and; other social toilet.
The living room with fireplace and dining area opens with direct doors to the terrace facing the sea which also happens to the kitchen that has full sea view.
The rooms including suite have access to the 2nd terrace facing the Gardens of the Wall.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, espresso machine, and other small appliances connected to the kitchen.
In addition to the beautiful gardens manicured and 2 pools, one for children, has indoor gym, Turkish bath, games room and even outside the field of multi-use games.
We were 6 persons 4 adults and 2 children and we arrive with an open mind and trusted what the add in HomeAway have told us and we were not disappointed, it suit our requirements perfect.
Public transportation to Lisbon and Cascais was easily reachable for day or evening activity .
There were several small grocery an coffee shops in walking distance from the apartment .
The outdoor facitlies were used daily by both the adults and the young once.
The owner of the apartment should look into the possibility to replace the mattress in second double bedroom which will improve the standard.
We will have no problem to recommend the apartment to friends if we are asked .

We had at great two weeks stay in Portugal, with the apartment as our base. We primarily stayed on the very large terrace with a great view. We enjoyed watching the ships and looking for details with “Boat Watch” and the planes with “Fligthradar24”. There is always something to watch.
All our meals we had on the terrace and our guests also enjoyed it. There is a small grocery shop a few minutes’ walk, were we could buy what we needed. We also used Jumbo in Cascais, when we had to buy a lot food. We also walked about 15 minutes to the city Parede, where there are many shops and restaurants.
The pool area is very god. Our children 15, 18 and 21 normally used the big pool, but they also liked used the children pool. In the weekdays there were only a few in the pool area. In the weekends there were many people, but we could always find a sun chair. We also liked that we could buy ice, water and coffee in the afternoon at the pool.
We also enjoyed using the using the fitness, ping pong and the basketball area, which normally were free for using.
The parking under the building is very nice. We had two places for one car, so it was easy to park the car.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. It is very nice in high tide, but in low tide we had to walk on rocks, which we didn’t like, but the Portuguese seems not to mind that. The two restaurants on the beach are very good.
The owner Maria José is at very kind and helpful person. We can only recommend you to rent this apartment.

The apartment sleeps 6 people or one more in the room with bunk beds and it is ideal for Those who enjoy the beach and sports such as surfing, fishing and hiking marginal.
It has a suite, a double room and a room with three bunk beds. All rooms have direct access to the back terrace. It has 2 bathrooms with private toilet suite with a Jacuzzi bathtub, another bathroom with shower que Gives support to the other two bedrooms and another social bathroom with toilet and sink.
The living room with fireplace is combined with the dining room and the two have direct access to the terrace front.
