Within easy walking distance of the Botanic Gardens and Byres Road with its numerous speciality shops, bars, retaurants and cinema, this luxury refurbished apartment occupies the original main rooms in this listed Italianate villa and also benefits from a beautiful south facing gardens. This light and spacious apartment benefits from high ceilings and cornicing typical of sand stone constructed period properties in Glasgow in the 19th century. The timbered floored common entrance hall provides secure access to the apartment. Once inside the lobby leads to a magnificent lounge with views to the south & east through large traditional sash windows and includes an alcove window with two occasional chairs, three settees in the main area, coffee table, drawer units and well as TV/video. The large bright walnut floored kitchen is fully equipped including traditional oven & warmer and includes a six seater circular dining table. The stunning large main bedroom comprises a double bed, extensive fitted wardrobes and a range of bedroom furniture while the bathroom is fitted with walk in shower, bath, basin unit and WC. The second bedroom is equally large and impressive. A separate shower room comes complete with basin and wc. The bedrooms are accessed by a spiral staircase which leads to the access hallway. A separate fitted study is located off the hallway.

Directions: A short taxi ride from either Queen's Street or Central Station takes you to the West End. Alternatively, both Hillhead and Kelvinbridge Underground Stations are within walking distance of the apartment. For those travelling by car, the West End is accessed from the M8 (Junction 18 from the N / E / S or Junction 25 via the Clyde Tunnel from the West/Glasgow Airport). From Prestwick Airport, take the M77 onto the M8
