Mari Sol is a lovely relaxing villa with a private pool, on a quiet estate in Ocean City and is just 20 yards from the cliff edge and has stunning sea views. The property is a modern high quality design and has been finished to a high standard and provides everything needed for the perfect holiday in Barbados.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and have en suite bath rooms. The master suite consists of a large Queen size bed, and Mahogany quality bedroom furniture. This bedroom has bi-folding doors that open back to bring in the super sea view and onto a balcony..
All the bedrooms have 32 inch Samsung Smart TV's connected to the internet and prepared for internet TV .You will also have access to network Lacie 4TB media drive that has over 300 films, TV series and music to suite most tastes.
The lounge and Kitchen is open plan and has sea views. Again there bi-folding doors that open back to take maximum enjoyment from the stunning sea views. The Kitchen is fully equipped and contains all you need to prepare a banquet, or a simple refreshment.
The lounge living area is, complete with a 42 inch Samsung SMART TV, NetFlix, telephone (free calls to local land lines and mobiles), and high-speed internet WiFi throughout the villa.
The lounge leads out onto a balcony that leads to the pool and Garden, The balcony sitting area always has gently refreshing sea breezes - just perfect for those lazy days and nights. The balcony area can be set up for al-fresco dining, overlooking the private pool , garden and enjoys stunning sea views. There is also a private drive offering secure parking.
Ocean City is a beautiful, peaceful location, far away from the crowds.
Guests are provided with an island guide and maps, as well as our own personal recommendations gathered from our many visits over the years. In addition, our highly praised friendly staff who help to manage and maintain the villa, will do all they can to make your stay in Barbados enjoyable and restful. Our property manager will discuss any requirements you may have and will always be on hand to help with any queries or recommendations you may need. She can even arrange your very own private Bajan chef to come to the villa. Any additional services you may wish to use will be charged locally.

Lin and I meet almost 40 years ago and have been married for 37 Years

We fell in love with location in the summer of 2011 and bought the plot. We designed the property originally as a 4400 square feet individual luxury villa, but decided to make the ground floor a separate self contained 3 bed luxury apartment within the Villa so that family,friends and paying guests can enjoy the property.
We submitted the plans for approval in March 2012 and by November we had the planning consent to build.
We managed to get a great local building contractor who built this impressive property to our specification and are delighted with the results
The property has stunning sea views from almost every window.It is in a quiet location and being close to the sea has the benefit of cooling sea breezes
We have been coming to Barbados for over 33 years and have always stayed in a villa.
Mari Sol has the most perfect location you could ask for in Barbados. The view is outstanding, along with the cooling breeze of the east coast.
The Villa has everything you need for your holiday: perfectly presented with 3 bedrooms which are all ensuite and air conditioning .
With the Atlantic breeze we only ever needed to use the air conditioning in the bedroom to help us have a purfect sleep in the luxurious bedroom. Doors to the living area and master bedroom both open out to integrate the outdoors which enhances your experience.
It does say a car is essential however a taxi to the supermarket is only $15 and to hire a taxi for the day to tour the island is only $200! If you want to take advantage of the sun and the villa then it is cheaper not to hire a car! We calculated the over 2 weeks we lost £300 hiring a car. We are booking for next year and would recommend this beautiful villa to anyone. We can't wait to return to paradise.

We spent 10 days at this most enjoyable home. The household features were as described in the overview and better. This is a newly completed property with the best of quality and attention given to all details. Lots of open space with good bedroom separation to provide privacy if required. The ocean views are great and the pool and surrounding outdoor environment was very pleasant. The local staff was both friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from the hubbub of the busy tourist scene.

The layout of the villa is really good. Amenities and furnishings are excellent.
We had a really good time. The early morning breeze at sunrise is absolutely fantastic. All in all a very good villa for a very relaxing and peaceful vacation.
The Property is 4.2 Km from Grantley Adams International Airport and situated 15 metres from the sea. It is in a quiet residential area called Ocean City and is located between 8th and 9th Avenue. There is a local Tri Mart supermarket is 1.4Km (10-15 mins walk)

To ensure that all our guests holidays run smoothly and we are able to offer you the property in perfect condition for your stay we ask that arrival times are no earlier than 1600 hours(4pm) and that you vacate the property no later than 1100 hours (11am).
We may be able to more flexible with these arrangements subject to bookings dates. We ask that you give us as much information regarding flight arrival and departure times so that we can advise you appropriately regarding your own individual holiday
