Tal Mans is a traditional farmhouse with a bougainvillea clad doorway, renovated and extended to a high standard to provide a home with many original features yet with all modern comforts and facilities, open the door and step inside...

Our house is a spacious four bedroomed home sleeping up to 10, close the door behind you and walk along sunlit natural stone corridors, around a central courtyard, to an open-plan sitting and dining room, alongside a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting/dining area opens onto a walled patio and pool area - great for barbecues!

There is one twin bedded room on the ground floor. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there are two further twin bedrooms and one double. All have en-suite baths/showers and one jacuzzi bath.

The staircase continues to the roof terrace with stunning views over the whole island.

A lovely property, very well equipped with convenient location to explore Gozo.

We had a wonderful week at Ta Cenc, the house was perfect for our group of 10 (six adults, four children). Well equipped and a lovely pool to cool off in. It was easy to explore Gozo, Malta and Comino and we'd highly recommend chartering a boat for the day to explore the coast and islands.

Home from home

I really cannot express how much I loved this house, we all felt totally comfortable and relaxed here. There is everything you could need, the kitchen is very well equipped, gas bbq, really good sized pool with plenty of sun loungers and seating around it. Beds are comfortable, showers are powerful with plenty of hot water. Good restaurants in walking distance, the local shop has everything you might need too.

Gozo is a lovely island, nothing is more than a 15 minute drive, so it’s easy to pop back or just go out for a few hours. We had a couple of days where we just stayed in and there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and do their own thing.

I would love to return, could have easily spent more time here and was sad to go.

Doris and Saviour were charming, welcoming and helpful as well, nothing was too much trouble.

Charming, comfortable and characterful

A beautiful, well equipped house for a relaxed, comfortable and fun time for all the family! The house is full of character and much more spacious than the photos suggest- lovely internal courtyard for eating in a cooler spot! Pool is fantastic- plenty of sunshine and shade. Doris across the road couldn't be more friendly and helpful.

Gozo is delightful - so much to see and do in such a small island. Lots of history, culture - fantastic coast lines - nothing more than a 15 minute drive! An amazing amount of fantastic restaurants - we ate well! A quick and easy ferry across to Malta too for more sights and interesting things to see and do. The owners -Jane and Andrew, were also really helpful with lots of top tips to help make our stay really enjoyable. We didn't want to leave!

superb house on stunning island

The house is wonderful, so much room and many places to enjoy. Pool is lovely (deep, so stays cool). The village is very sleepy but has a bar, restaurants and several small shops - it's actually the outskirts of Sannat (Ta Cenc).

From the airport it is a 40 min drive to the ferry at Cirkewwa, crossings take approx 25 min, and ferries run approximately every 45 min.

Car Hire on Gozo is plentiful (there is a car hire company in the same street as the property - Franks car hire)

The Island of Gozo region

Gozo is the second largest island in the Maltese archipelago, measuring only 9 by 5 miles, it lies 3.5 miles off the north eastern tip of Malta, easily accessed by frequent ferries.

Gozo has a totally different character to Malta, having resisted large scale development and maintained its tranquil, rural atmosphere, indeed many Maltese come over to Gozo for weekends/leisure time.

There is plenty to do and see and is an ideal year round destination, but don't expect loud clubs and throngs of tourists, even in the height of summer!

Mediterranean climate, lovely beaches, great diving, superb food and the friendliest people in the Med - that's Gozo!

Sannat

Situated to the south of the island, Sannat is one of the oldest villages on Gozo. It still has a strong farming community, the village being surrounded by mosaics of tiny fields.

Sannat boasts an impressive baroque masterpiece of a parish church and the stunning Sannap cliffs with glorious views towards Malta.

One of the two 5* hotels on the island, whose many facilities are open to non residents are a short walk from the property.

Sannat is fortunate in having two excellent restaurants, both within a pleasant stroll from your front door.
