This intriguing 140m² holiday apartment in Malaga is situated on the 4th floor of a traditional, Spanish city building with secure entrance and lift.

This luxury holiday apartment in Malaga is located in the city centre very close to the Carmen Thyssen Museum & in an ideal spot for sightseeing in Malaga.

The holiday apartment in Malaga has real character, a very unusual and interesting layout and a large terrace with incredible views over the Malaga skyline.

The vast majority of this holiday accommodation is set on one floor which comprises of a vast, open plan, air conditioned living room with a high beamed ceiling & plasma TV, two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning), two bathrooms (one with bath), an office & a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there is a spacious single room with day bed & toilet. From here you can access the fabulous terrace equipped with authentic wooden garden furniture and sun loungers.

We can provide private secure parking for 15 € per day. The parking spot is situated 750 metres from the apartment.

Great central property with fantastic views over the old town.

Lion apartment is centrally located within easy to walking distance of shops, supermarkets, attractions and the marina and beach. It has all mod cons and everything we needed. The rooftop terrace offers great views across the old town and beyond. There is lift access which is handy for lugging your baggage and shopping. All in all, a great apartment.

A lovely spacious apartment in a great location let down by roof terrace furniture.

We really enjoyed our stay in this high quality apartment but cannot rate it at 5 stars because of the poor state of the furniture on the roof terrace. The roof terrace is the star of the apartment but is let down by furniture which is not fit for purpose inadequate for more that 2 people and potentially dangerous and in my view needs urgent attention. A modest investment and upgrade would make a huge difference.

The lion apartment was perfect!

Fabulous location for all attractions and the many bars and restaurants. The accommodation was well maintained, spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The balcony was one of the deciding factors when booking the apartment and it added so much to our stay - the views are fantastic! The company responded promptly with any queries and kept us well informed. We booked the airport transfer through Solga and had a stress free and very pleasant transfer with Paco who made us feel very welcome as did the representative. We would highly recommend and would like to return in the near future.

Engaging approximately one square kilometre area, the historic city centre of M��laga is just charming and multifaceted. In between the stone pedestrian streets there are about one thousand buildings, mostly built during the 19th century and being restored over the last few years, always preserving their original style.

Bounded by the Muelle Uno (touristic harbour) in the south, the famous Plaza de la Merced (old Picasso neighbour) in the north, the Guadalmedina River in the west, and the Alcazaba Fortress and Gibralfaro in the east. It is undoubtedly the economical and tourist centre of Malaga Capital, compressing shops of some of the most important brands of the world, the famous marble Larios street, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, important Museums as the Thyssen Museum or the Picasso Museum, squares, theatres, churches, the Cathedral, local fresh markets and many more touristic sights.

The access from and to the city centre is easy and smooth. You can take the bus, train, taxi or enjoy of a great walk. We recommend the beach Malagueta and its beach bars, located at just 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from our apartments.

The historic city centre and its narrow streets offer to their guests the opportunity to experience from the inside the vibrant life of locals, from the comfort and peace of your apartment. What is more, you can enjoy a great Spanish 'tapa' with a glass of wine or beer in nearly every corner of the centre, so we guaranty that you will never get bored.
