This semi-detached 2 bedroom apartment enjoys unobstructed views of St Paul`s Bay. It is also one of the sunniest apartments in Malta. The residential street is very quiet.

Apartment specifications:

Seaview terrace is 1.5mx6m and is equipped with gas BBQ and garden furniture. Internal area is about 80 sq m. 2 double bedrooms with space for extra beds, bath room, shower room, the sitting room is lockable and has 2 extra beds Sleeps 2-8 persons. Apartment has also the use of the roof terrace where there are 2 deck chairs for sunbathing. The apartment is located 20 steps up to the 1st floor with no elevator.


Fast and unlimited Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV (some English and Italian channels are available)

Apartment is fully Air conditioned

Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.

Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine.

Cots, highchairs are available on request.

Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter.

Towels and bed sheets are provided.

We are a family business that offers comfortable and luxurious holiday accommodation in Malta since 1981. The business is now run by the second generation and are full time on these properties and thus can offer the best service and 24/7 support.

Our apartments are conceived for holiday accommodation and not adapted apartments for this purpose. Thus all apartments are:

Are close to the bus stop, and the bus stop is on the main bus routes with many busses passing frequently. Thus reaching all the corners of Malta will be easy.

Close to the best beaches and touristic attractions & Maltese countryside. This makes it ideal for winter holidays, where you can enjoy long walks in the countryside to discover old footpaths, roman roads, romantic traditional farmhouses, chapels and towers, curt ruts and secluded beaches.

Good clean and tidy accommodation. Very attentive owners easily accessible by Whatsapp or email.

Property was very clean and tidy. Great views from apartment and quiet location. Balcony would get sun in summer months but not during winter and spring. Nice touch was emergency food left in fridge for when we arrived. Owners always ready to help out during our stay and gave us good service on arrival at airport recommending bus stop and directions to accommodation as we were making our own way there which was easy on the X1 bus route (Roti bus stop). Could do with more shelving in bathroom and drawer space for clothes and better pillows but owners were very happy to receive our feedback for improvements and we were being very picky. Overall very happy with our stay just wish we had had better weather as unseasonally chilly and very windy all week.

Overall a great stay!

Me and my friends stayed one week at this apartment and we enjoyed it. The view was great from the balcony. The time we stayed there, it had sun in the morning and not in the evening. It was not a problem for us though. The service was very good and it was no problem contacting them.

The beds was ok. The only thing we thought of that was bad or less good was that the floors got really dirty. We didn't do anything particular which should have done the floors more dirty. I don't know if it's the type of the floors which is like that or if it was dirty when we first came there.

It had a bus stop really close by and also a mini market. The closest supermarket was at Melliha and with the bus, it only took maybe 10 minutes. That store was called Valyou and had everything. One minute from the apartment, there was a beautiful bathing area with cliffs.

They are offering a boat ride to Comino/Gozo for lower price if you book with them and I really recommend it! We got the tickets easy and everything went great.

Overall, we had a great stay at this apartment. It was over our expectations! We would recommend it.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge dato che si ha la fermata del bus molto vicina, casa confortevole (con TV satellitare) con fantastico balcone sul mare e ideale per mangiare, unico appunto non comodissima per uscire la sera se non si ha la macchina dato che tutti i locali sono a San Julian e si è piuttosto lontani

L appartamento e molto vicino alle spiagge bellisime di Malta - Golden Bay, Paradise Bay, Laguna Blu, etc. Per le discotece ci sono i bus notturni che sono conveniente per raggiungere Paceville di sera. Great for a quiet holiday

Clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. Seating could be updated. Ideal for families. Full kitchen and washing machine, added bonus if you have kids. Great drying area too. Both a bath and shower room ( en suite) Neville and Ruth responded quickly to any problems and rectified as soon as possible. Will be booking again next year.m

Very sunny apartment!

This apartment was great, it had everything we needed. Ruth and Neville were quick to respond to any queries and helped us book a wonderful boat trip to comino and gozo! The apartment was quiet and overlooked the stunning views of St Pauls Bay. Not to mention we got the sun streaming in the apartment all day which was gorgeous! Never a dull day ;) clean, spacious, bright...just what we wanted to make our holiday what it was....wonderful!

A sweet relaxing vacation

We stayed at the appartment for the second time. It has a convenient location (2 minutes from the "Xemxija" bus stop), marvellous sea view and all the things you need for a good rest and comfortable stay. We loved most sitting at the balcony anв observing the sea.

Xemxjia and St Paul's Bay are the main tourist area of the North.

You can find here all sort of shops, restaurants and cuisines, harbours for daily cruise excursions, main beaches 5/10 minutes away by bus, and very near to the departure points for the islands of Gozo and Comino (ferry 15 minutes by bus). Valletta and Mdina: 30 minutes by bus- airport: 1 hour by bus and 30 minutes by taxi.

Loads of activities in the area, from watersports to countrywalks. Bus stops are close and all tourist attractions are just few minutes away.

Monthly prices are applicable from November to March, for minimum stay of 3 months. Water and electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the price for monthly rentals.

SPECIAL OFFERS FOR WINTER LONG STAY BREAKS at only euro 700 monthly. (Minimum stay of 3 months).

On arrival we require a deposit against damages and water and electricity bills of Euro 150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment. For big young groups the refundable deposit is of Euro 50 per person
