This semi-detached 2 bedroom apartment enjoys unobstructed views of St Pauls Bay. It is also one of the sunniest apartments in Malta. The residential street is very quiet.
Seaview terrace is 1.5mx6m and is equipped with gas BBQ and garden furniture. Internal area is about 80 sq m. 2 double bedrooms with space for extra beds, bath room, shower room, the sitting room is lockable and has 2 extra beds Sleeps 2-8 persons. Apartment has also the use of the roof terrace where there are 2 deck chairs for sunbathing. The apartment is located 20 steps up to the 1st floor with no elevator.

Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and washing machine.

We offer to help book car hire at the lowest prices. Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with fulltime and part time fishermen.
On arrival we meet you personally at the property and see that all is up to your satisfaction. We also offer to give you tips for your holiday according to the season and your likes and preferences.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere le spiagge dato che si ha la fermata del bus molto vicina, casa confortevole (con TV satellitare) con fantastico balcone sul mare e ideale per mangiare, unico appunto non comodissima per uscire la sera se non si ha la macchina dato che tutti i locali sono a San Julian e si è piuttosto lontani
Clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. Seating could be updated. Ideal for families. Full kitchen and washing machine, added bonus if you have kids. Great drying area too. Both a bath and shower room ( en suite) Neville and Ruth responded quickly to any problems and rectified as soon as possible. Will be booking again next year.m
This apartment was great, it had everything we needed. Ruth and Neville were quick to respond to any queries and helped us book a wonderful boat trip to comino and gozo! The apartment was quiet and overlooked the stunning views of St Pauls Bay. Not to mention we got the sun streaming in the apartment all day which was gorgeous! Never a dull day ;) clean, spacious, bright...just what we wanted to make our holiday what it was....wonderful!
We stayed at the appartment for the second time. It has a convenient location (2 minutes from the "Xemxija" bus stop), marvellous sea view and all the things you need for a good rest and comfortable stay. We loved most sitting at the balcony anв observing the sea.

We stayed in the apartment for a week whilst visiting family and the Lost and Found festival. The apartment was situated in a great area with brilliant views of the sea. Neville was very helpful and accommodating. We would definately come again.
Xemxjia and St Paul's Bay are the main tourist area of the North.
You can find here all sort of shops, restaurants and cuisines, harbours for daily cruise excursions, main beaches 5/10 minutes away by bus, and very near to the departure points for the islands of Gozo and Comino (ferry 15 minutes by bus). Valletta and Mdina: 30 minutes by bus- airport: 1 hour by bus and 30 minutes by taxi.
Loads of activities in the area, from watersports to countrywalks. Bus stops are close and all tourist attractions are just few minutes away.
