This 3 bedroom apartment is directly located on the St Paul’s Bay seafront. The apartment enjoys spectacular, unobstructed views looking out towards Xemxija and is only 3km from Golden Bay beach!

2 steps at entrance leading to elevator.

We are fully dedicated to our properties and guests. We are always a phone call away and try to be as helpful as possible. We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general. We offer to book airport transfers by taxi or minibus at the best prices by trustworthy drivers.
We offer to help book car hire at the lowest prices. Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with fulltime and part time fishermen.
On arrival we meet you personally at the property and see that all is up to your satisfaction. We also offer to give you tips for your holiday according to the season and your likes and preferences.
During your stay we offer 24/7 support, a fast maintenance and replacement service should anything go wrong in the property.
All our properties are by far the best kept as we do an ongoing maintenance. Also the properties are licensed and insured for your piece of mind.
My Sister her partner and I cheecked into a hotel and it was so bad we checked out the following day. We came across this Self catering apartments on Expedia and what a delight it was the apartment was clean moden and had all the facilities you could need Sky TV a washing machine and across the road is my new fav Indian restaurant shame It is half a world away. The property met our expectations. It had a lovely little balcony to enjoy the view for breakfast. We used it as a base and it was close to all the local beaches, eateries and places of interest. We stayed only 3 nights, arriving late and we were checked in by a smiling and friendly young man who helpfully showed us all we needed to know within the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, the towels and bed linen provided were well appreciated. The kitchen was supplied with adequate utensils but maybe just a few more serving bowls, a coffee plunger and a plug-in kettle might be a well received addition. The washing machine was invaluable to us as we had limited luggage so we were washing and wearing.
Places we visited were Ghajn Tuffiefa (spelling?) beach, by far the best beach around. Popeye village was fun for all the family, the kids loved the inflatable in the sea and we had a nice lunch and enjoyed a day of looking at the film set from the sea. Mdina was a lovely, traditional old town and we walked around the fortress and had dinner overlooking the old town of Valletta and St Julian's from high up in the fortress at Fontanella Tea Room where they do tasty pizzas and delicious milkshakes for the kids.
The promenade along the road where the accommodation is, was fantastic for a morning run/walk and heading into Bugibba looking at the little points of interest along the way such as the fort and the little harbours where the fishermen put their boats in.
Down the road from Neville's place was a fantastic little restaurant for dinner, Gusto (I think) and for breakfast there was a homely little coffee shop near the convenience store, the lady running it is from Jersey and she was a delight to talk to.
On the whole we loved our short, brief stay at St Paul's and it was made all the more enjoyable by Neville's accommodation which was ideally located, well furnished and thoroughly clean. The provisions upon arrival were a welcome sight due to our late arrival and local shop not being open, thank you. Hopefully we'll revisit however we are always up for new adventures so if we get through our long bucket list, we'll be back for sure!

Great property. Apartment was well furnished with all our needs. Great location right on St Paul's Bay made a good base location for us to explore Malta and Gozo. There are several restaurants in the immediate area that made it easy to find good food. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Owner also helped us secure tickets for a boat trip to Comino and the Blue Lagoon. I highly recomend this property and would stay there again.
Ice apartment and nice service, we got ants some day in the apartment but they fix it very well.
Both drivers who takes us between the apartment was very handsome but the last driver was 1h late

Newly renovateed spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms overlooking beautiful St. Pauls bay. Located in the definitely best part of town: quiet, great view, just 4 km from golden bay; bus-Station just ahed. Wifi is working perfecly, elevator very helpful, TV with a lot of channels, kitchen well-equipped. The owners are very friendly and care for everything fast and absolutely reliable. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this Apartment. We have beeen in Malta several times; this was our Holidays so far! Thank you Neville and Ruth!!!
We stayed here for a week with our one year old and used the apartment as a base for exploring the island. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of space to park on the road during our stay in March. The inside is very spacious, well maintained and very well equipped for cooking basic meals. The owner was very helpful and easily contacted.
This wonderful seafront apartment had everything we needed to make our stay easy and relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean, bright and spacious...very comfortable. Neville and Ruth helped us organise a fantastic boat trip to the Blue Lagoon in Comino....wow! They were a great help! The apartment was faced with gorgeous view of the bay and also right on the main bus route that takes you into the center of St Paul's Bay and on to the rest of the island so we were never stuck for places to go. All in all a wonderful holiday!
St Paul's Bay is one of the most beautiful villages in Malta. The flat is located in a quiet area facing the fishing harbour. In fact one can enjoy seeing the fishermen coming in and going out of the harbour from the the terrace or in the sitting room. Just 150 m away there is also a small swimming zone which is very popular with the locals for a quick swim. St Paul’s Bay has a busy town centre full of shops, banks, pharmacies etc. This is 800m from the apartment. Bugibba and Qawra are new touristic areas in St Paul’s bay (1 km away) where one might find more bars, restaurants (also McDonalds and Pizza hut), diving and water sport centres, ferries to remote beaches and islands like Comino and Gozo.
The flat is also close to the best Sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Sands, Gnejna Bay etc and Malta’s most intact countryside. In winter long walks and picnics in the countryside and along the sea are a must. In summer one can enjoy the sun at the beach in many ways from the most relaxing to the most adventurous ways. In the evening a walk on the promenade or a local village feast is a must. The bus stop is located in front of the door and the buses passes from the same street.
