3 km from Cotignac, one of the most beautiful villages in the Provence you find is this villa with a private pool, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The location is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, visiting markets and to spend a day in the Gorges du Verdon or on the beach. At 700 m from the villa you will find a grocery store where you can buy amongst other things, delicious croissants. Over the entire length of the villa a terrace stretches: 2 parts are covered one pawith a dining table and the other part is a relaxing area. This terrace overlooks the pool side. A path with Lavander leads you to the pool. At the pool there is a terrace for sunbathing; sunbeds and umbrellas await you. Children can have fun on the Roman staircase of the pool and also in the flat garden with lawn between the olive trees. In the villa there is a kitchen with table and direct access to the terrace. The living room is bright with French windows. In the relax area you will find a satellite television. Then two bedrooms and a bathroom.
