You'll be welcomed by an exquisitely decorated open-plan living and dining area with a table to seat four guests. Impeccable furnishings create an atmosphere of cosy luxury. The kitchenette leads off the living area and contains all the necessary appliances for your stay.
The master bedroom is complete with a UK double bed (4.5ft wide) and contemporary en-suite with bath, basin and lavatory. There is a further washroom in the hall with basin and lavatory. An additional guest can be accommodated on the sofa in the living area (please note: this is not a sofa bed).
This home is located in the lower ground floor, with access via twelve external steps. Once inside, the apartment is all one level. This property is ideal for couples and corporate clients.

The flat is well equipped and is a perfect vacation location. It is very convenient with an underground station a short 5 minute walk away. Grocery store and restaurants located near by. We stayed 5 nights and plan to return to London some day and would certainly consider this home for another stay. Museums and Kensington Palace located a few blocks away.
Our stay in London was perfect. Located in West Kensington, this flat couldn’t have been more ideal for our little vacation. For visiting the city, the tube is less then 5 min away (two stations: West Kensington and Barons Court).
The apartment was really comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Although we were only three adults staying in the apartment, the place is large enough to host four people and/or children. Nice and cozy living room, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom. Just great!
Supermarkets are around the corner, also nice pubs and restaurants in the area.
All in all a very good apartment rental for a London vacation.
We stayed in London for 5 days in this lovely place.The flat is as good as it's described on the website.It's a very well furnished and equipped ( the kitchen especially ).It was spotless and very cosy.The location is great too, subway is just 5 min walk (west kensington tube ),less than 15 minutes to St james park !all conveniences are next door.The ivy letting team was extremely kind and reactive, guiding us to flat and organizing our stay even if we arrived quite lat the first night.

This cozy flat was a good choice for our family of four. We stayed for 5 nights around New Year and had a great time! It's small, but comfortable and located in a very beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. The property is exactly what you see in the pictures, well kept and clean. The bathroom appears to be brand new. The beds are comfortable and the cotton linen was a plus! The kitchen is well equipped if you wish to cook but there is also a nice pub and a Thai restaurant close by with nice food.
There are 2 tube stations within a short walking distance as well as supermarkets with everything one needs for a short stay.
I would definitely recommend this property to friends visiting London!
Ideally located a 2 minute walk from South Kensington underground station, and 7 minutes on foot from Gloucester Road underground station, you have easy access to quick links to the rest of the city via the Circle, District and Piccadilly lines. Many excellent bus connections leave from outside the door too.
Whatever your plans in London there is a huge variety of sites, restaurants and activities all within striking distance.For a friendly local pub try The Blackbird. Or if you are in the mood for something a little more bohemian then check out the world-famous Troubadour.This place has a well-deserved reputation for its fantastic cocktails, character and live music- the Mumford and Sons played here only a few years ago.
Maybe take in Christie's, the globally renowned auction house, located just half a mile away. Countless legendary lots have passed through here including Audrey Hepburn’s timeless black dress from the all-time classic Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and 20 of Elton John’s cars! The Thames, Battersea Park and Hyde Park are only a little further afield as well as the Albert Hall and the Victoria and Albert Museum. London’s most fashionable streets for shopping are also within easy reach.
This elegant central London vacation rental would particularly suit couples and small groups over in the capital for a city break. Equally, it would be most convenient for corporate clients, and it is extremely well connected in terms of public transport to the centre of London and into the West End.
