Spacious and private 6-bedroom villa located on Quinta do Lago

Spacious and private 6-bedroom villa set in a secluded and charming garden. Within Quinta do Lago, conveniently located close to the Tucano’s Restaurant in a quiet area of the Encosta do Lago resort, close to the Lake and within walking distance to the beach. The villa is split in 3 levels with the ground floor having the entrance hall with a beautiful and luminous indoor garden adjacent to the dining area and the spacious lounge with a wide flat screen TV complete with English channels. Access from lounge to covered exterior terrace ideal for dining 'al fresco'. On the ground floor there are also 2 double en-suite bedrooms a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, large American style fridge and an island cooking and breakfast area. Upstairs in the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 en-suite. Down the stairs to the lower level you can find the utility area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, another bedroom with 2 twin beds and natural light, a cozy games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.

Pine trees and other vegetation surround the property providing complete privacy and a good amount of shade in the garden at all times. The enclosed spacious lawn area and a round children’s’ pool cascading down to the swimming pool makes this a great villa for families.

The guests at this villa can also freely use the facilities provided by the Encosta do Lago condominium, namely the big pool, gym and tennis courts.
